Tomato is one of the most important horticultural crops in the world,it is one of the main types of horticulture. With the growing area of tomato growing year by year, continuous cropping is necessary,so the problem of continuous cropping obstacles will be followed. At present,it has become an urgent problem to solve the problem of continuous cropping obstacle, especially the root knot nematode caused by continuous cropping of Tomato.Due to continuous cropping tomato root knot nematodes reduce can make tomato yield by 45%-55%.Studies have shown that the addition of crop straws can reduce the incidence of root knot nematodes disease, but whether the addition of straws changed the community structure of soil microbial community to control root knot nematodes, the substances produced in the process of straws decomposition affect the nematodes associated fungi it is not clear. At present, the use of root knot nematodes antagonistic fungi to control root knot nematodes is also a means of prevention and control, for example, paecilomyces lilacinus as control of root knot nematodes disease biocontrol good prevention effect, but it is difficult to colonize in the soil for a long time, the previous research on adding albizia flowers, marigold straws can increase quantity of colonization to paecilomyces lilacinus in soil.In this experiment, the tomato continuous cropping soil was taken as the research object, using tomato as material, method of simulating pot experiment, the effects of different kinds of crop straws on the growth of tomato plants and their effects on soil microbes were studied. We wanted to investigate the addition of growth of crop straws on tomato seedling, effects of number of root knot nematodes and Paecilomyces lilacinus in soil. The effects of crop straw addition on morphological indexes, physiological indexes and plant incidence of tomato were studied;Monitoring the number of root knot nematodes in soil; The changes of Paecilomyces lilacinus in the root zone of different treatments were determined by dilution plate method;Under laboratory conditions, study the effects of different periods of straw and soil extracts on the effects of Paecilomyces lilacinus strain growth; The effects of crop straws addition on soil microbial community composition and diversity in tomato continuous cropping soil were studied by high throughput sequencing.Main results of this study were as following:1 The effects of different crop straws on the growth of tomato plants were different.During the whole period, corn straws and onion straws, promote plant growth;garlic traws treatment inhibited tomato growth.2 The root knot formation of tomato plant roots was inhibited by different crop straws treatments in different periods,it Can reduce the disease index of root knot nematodes. The effect of adding different crop straws treatments on root knot nematodes control than adding paecilomyces lilacinus strain prevention effect is good, especially garlic traws and artichoke traws control effect up to 76.32%.3 The number of root knot nematodes in soil was also inhibited during the whole period.4 Different crop straws in different periods of soil paecilomyces lilacinus colonization plays a certain role in promoting.5 In different periods of crop straws soil extracts significantly increased the biomass of paecilomyces lilacinus mycelium;Different treatment in different periods of soil extracts on paecilomyces lilacinus sporulation and mycelium weight to different degrees of promotion.6 The addition of crop straws reduced the soil microbial diversity in tomato continuous cropping soil. The results of PCA showed that there was a significant difference in the community composition between crop straws treatment and control treatment.7 At the genus level, the number of fungi was significantly positively correlated with the number of root knot and the number of fungi was significantly lower than that of control, the number of fungi with significant negative correlation was higher than that of control.
