This paper respectively by the eggplant “Da Hei Yuan Qie”, the cucumber “lv You4Hao”, the maize“Tun Yu118” as test materials, different concentrations Yunnan weathered coal humid acid and lignite(100,200,400,600,800mg/L), Inner Mongolia lignite humid acid and peat(50,100,200,300,500mg/L),Xinjiang weathered coal humid acid and Xinjiang fulvic acid(100,300,500,700,900mg/L) aqueoussolution were sprayed of the four leaf stage(every2days, handled a total of5times), each of material fora plant, with distilled water as control. Some morphological and physiological indices were gauced inleaves of plant growth period. Some nutritional indices were measured in the eggplant and cucumber fruitof the harvesting stage. Some nutritional indices were measured in the endosperm of the milk stage of themaize fruit. The morphological changes of the fruits were observed, recorded and analyzed in the vigorousgrowth stage.Besides, it further researed SOD and POD isoenzyme spectrums in the leaves and fruit of the threeplants. The results showed that:1. Yunnan weathered coal humid acid and lignite, Inner Mongolia lignite humid acid and peat,Xinjiang weathered coal humid acid and Xinjiang fulvic acid can fasten the growth speed of the threeplants with the concentration of the extracts. The content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein, theactivity of SOD, POD, catalase(CAT), nitrate reductase (NR) are higher than control group; the content ofmalondialdehyde(MDA) and the O.-2production rate are reduced than control group. The bestconcentrations are400mg/L and600mg/L of Yunnan weathered coal and Yunnan lignite of the eggplant;The best concentration are200mg/L of Inner Mongolia lignite and peat of the cucumber; The bestconcentrations are300mg/L and500mg/L of Xinjiang weathered coal and Xinjiang fulvic acid of themaize.2. The content of total sugar, total protein, vitamin (Vc), POD and SOD activity in the fruit of eggplantand cucumber and in the endosperm of maize are enhanced than the control group. The best concentrationsare400mg/L and600mg/L of Yunnan weathered coal and Yunnan lignite of the eggplant; The bestconcentration are200mg/L of Inner Mongolia lignite and peat of the cucumber; The best concentrations are100mg/L and300mg/L of Xinjiang weathered coal and Xinjiang fulvic acid of the maize. 3. At the same time, the length and width of leaves of fruits are higher than control. The circumferenceof the eggplant and the cucumber and the lengtht of the cucumber are enhanced than control group. Thebest concentrations are400mg/L and600mg/L of Yunnan weathered coal and Yunnan lignite of theeggplant; The best concentration are200mg/L of Inner Mongolia lignite and peat of the cucumber; The bestconcentrations are300mg/L and500mg/L of Xinjiang weathered coal and Xinjiang fulvic acid of the maize.The weight of the maize are enhanced than control group. The best concentrations are100mg/L and300mg/L of Xinjiang weathered coal and Xinjiang fulvic acid of the maize.4. The color of POD and SOD isoenzyme spectrums of leaves and fruits were darker in pretreatedgroup treated and some treatment also appeared a new enzyme belt by different concentrations of humicacid.This results matched with the indices SOD and POD.
