This paper studies the different field capacity (75%,65%,55%), by way of dripirrigation under film, make cotton "China cotton79," melon "baisha honey" in cottoninterplanting, cotton monoculture, melon was processing, three kinds of mode of cotton leafand melon leaf physiological and biochemical and morphological effects. Physiological andbiochemical aspects of determination of the soluble protein, soluble sugar, chlorophyllcontent, SOD, POD, NR activity and O2.-generation rate, MDA content, the form hasmeasured the cotton plant height, leaf area index of cotton leaves. The results as follows:1. Under the condition of melon intercropping cotton and cotton monoculture, cottonleaf in each treatment group under the condition of intercropping cotton melon of the contentsof soluble protein, soluble sugar and chlorophyll, the activities of SOD, POD, NR and in eachperiod were higher than cotton monoculture conditions correspond to the treatment group, O2.-production rate, MDA content were lower than monoculture cotton in different historicalperiods, corresponding treatment group, under the condition that intercropping cotton melondoes not significantly affect the growth of cotton, the cotton growth has certain promotingeffect, still can slow down the ageing process of cotton; Under the condition of intercroppingcotton melon IM treatment group (65%) of the contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar andchlorophyll, the activities of SOD, POD, NR and in each period were higher, O2.-productionrate, MDA content lower, under the condition of the cotton monoculture IH treatment group(75%) of soluble protein, soluble sugar contents, SOD, POD, NR activities and chlorophyllcontent were highest, O2.-production rate and MDA content were lower, which shows thatunder the condition of intercropping cotton melon IM (65%) for optimal processing group, under the condition of the cotton monoculture IH treatment group (75%) were the optimum.2. Under the condition of monoculture cotton intercropping melon and muskmelon, melon leaf under the condition of intercropping cotton melon IM treatment group (65%) ofsoluble protein, soluble sugar contents, SOD, POD, NR activities were higher. The highestchlorophyll content, O2.-generation rate, lower MDA content, under the condition of melonwas IH treatment group (75%) of soluble protein, soluble sugar and chlorophyll contents ofSOD, POD, NR activities were higher, O2.-production rate and MDA content were lower, which shows that under the condition of intercropping cotton melon IM treatment group(65%) and melon monoculture condition IH treatment group (75%) were better.3In cotton monoculture and intercropping condition, by determinating index we foundthat under the condition of intercropping cotton melon IM (65%), the treatment group and thecotton monoculture condition IH (75%) and plant height and leaf area index of treatmentgroup was obviously higher than other treatment groups, suggesting the two processing ofcotton, the longer height are more conducive to the absorption of light energy, larger leaf areaindex is good to photosynthesis, and providing abundant nutrients for plants.
