This experiment use the barrel to the method of water control, banana Williams B6seedlings as material, through a set of five different soil moisture content, for T1(35%40%), T2(28%32%) and T3(22%25%), T4(15%18%), T5(7%10%), was studied under the condition of different soil moisture content of banana seedlings physiological characteristics, photosynthetic characteristics and the dynamics of growth index such as, the experimental results showed that:1, Different soil moisture content of banana seedlings exist in physiological and biochemical indexes of the influence of different level. Soil moisture higher throughout the determination of T1and T2treatment period to maintain relatively low cell membrane permeability, mda and soluble protein, peroxidase (pod) activity, and can effectively prevent the chlorophyll degradation. On the other hand, the soil moisture content low T3, T4, T5, three processing because of long time water control regulation, respectively by the different degrees of drought stress, cell membrane permeability and MDA, soluble protein, peroxidase (pod) activity increased significantly, content of chlorophyll degradation of severe and significant decline.2, Different soil moisture content of banana seedlings photosynthesis parameters there are varying degrees of impact. Soil moisture higher throughout the determination of T1and T2treatment period to maintain a higher intensity of photosynthesis, maintaining high net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular co2concentration. Soil water content and lower T3, T4and T5three processing photosynthesis as water control time and showed a decrease trend obviously, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular co2concentration, transpiration rate and photosynthetic indicators weakening.3, Different soil moisture content of banana seedlings growth index there are varying degrees of impact. High soil moisture of T1and T2treatment can effectively promote the growth of banana seedlings plant height, leaf, stem, the second piece under the growth of the length and width and stem Ye Xian weight; Soil water content and lower T3, T4, T5three treatment due to drought stress, banana seedlings growth is limited by a certain overall, plant height, leaf number, stem, the second piece of foliage length and width and stem Ye Xian weight indexes fell.Comprehensive above, in the future production research, should according to different growth period of banana seedlings water demand to provide the soil moisture content. In the early stage of the banana seedlings, keep enough moisture content can effectively improve the photosynthesis of banana seedlings, promote the fast growth of banana seedlings; And in the late of banana seedlings, it should be appropriate to reduce the soil moisture content, to prevent too much water and affect the growth of root system.5in dealing with the soil moisture content, therefore, T2treatment (soil moisture content of28%-32%) as the best soil water content processing, can effectively improve the water use efficiency and photosynthesis, so as to achieve the purpose of water saving, and can effectively promote the growth of banana seedlings.
