In order to solve the buckwheat production problem of low seed yields and seed setting percentage, this experiment choose buckwheat Fagopyrum esculentum Moench "Fengtian1" as plant material, explore the effect of different types and concentration of liquid fertilizer on buckwheat seed rate yield and quality with the method of foliar spraying. Provide theoretical and technical support for buckwheat production finally. The results showed that:1.The treatment A2B3C3(0.15%calcium sulfate+0.2%magnesium sulfate+0.2%monopotassium phosphate) about macroelement such as calcium, magnesium and potassium increased seed number per plant, seed setting rate and yield per plant significantly which display as272,14.88%and137.11kg/667m2respectively;This treatment also have significant impact of activity on antioxidant enzymes SOD, POD and CAT. The flavonoids and rutin of grain were the highest respectively which is0.49%and0.23%.2.The treatment A2B3C3(0.15%borax+0.15%manganese chloride+0.2%ammonium molybdate) about microelement such as boron, manganese and molybdenumhad had the highest setting percentage and yield which is14.88%and137.11kg/667m2respectively. This treatment also increased flavonoids, rutin and grain protein content significantly. Among of them,the data of last one was10.10%, and4.58%more compared with the control group; Treatment A2B2C2(0.15%borax+0.1%manganese chloride+0.15%ammonium molybdate) had the highest grain starch content, is67.31%.3. The treatment A2B2C2(4mg/l abscisic acid+10ppm gibberellin+10ppm2,4-D) about plant growth regulators such as ABA,GA3and2,4-D had the highest setting percentage,yield and grain starch content, is15.12%,134.8kg/667m2and67.85%respectively;Treatment A1B2C2(2mg/l abscisic acid+10ppm gibberellin+10ppm2,4-D)had the highest flavonoids and rutin of grain,which get0.503%and0.235%, is30%and32%more compared with the control group respectively. And the grain protein content of this treatment significantly higher than the other treatments, was10.05%.4. The treatment which the liquid diluted by500times about Humic acid had the highest seed setting rate、yield、flavonoids and rutin, is16.05%,149kg/667m2,0.526%and0.244%respectively, this treatment also significantly increased stem diameter, is1.13cm; highest activity of SOD and CAT is the500times diluted treatment, processing of600times diluted get the POD’s maximum; the SPAD values of leaves got the highest when the plant get into full-bloom stage and fructieative period under the conditions of500times diluted of the Humic acid.
