1LFS-340Type Straw Returning The Hydraulic Flip Plow Design And Experimental Research

It takes lots of work and time to collect com stubble, and to burn it is not only a waste of resources but environmental pollution. Buried deep of com stubble is a newly developed measure that it can reduce pests and improve the capacity of soil water storage.Based on designing of the whole machine of1LF-340type full field straw returning the commune hydraulic flip plow, the researcher has employed Pro/E to make3D models of pivot plow parts, to draw two dimension engineering drawing. And also the researcher has manufactured whole machine and has tested it in the field straw returning the commune hydraulic flip plow s pulled by a tractor of100-200horsepower to work in the field.It is made of a plow, a suspension system, a plow frame and an upender. A locating stop dog is located in the front of the plow frame, and it works together with a bolt of locating adjustment located in the both sides of antiparallelogram rack to make sure the plow frame locate precisely and work flexibly. The symmetrical plow is installed in the flow frame, and the upender in the suspension system is linked with the plow frame by an axel which is linked with rotating arm by a pin. Driven by upright two-way hydraulic oil cylinder and with rotation of plow frame, it can rotate180degrees.The field word research of1LFS-340shows that it has high upending rate, and all its performance index such as rate of depth, width and pulverizing are up to national standards. The tractive force and pulling force experimental results show that the tractive resistance and pulling resistance is less than rated tractive force of the mating tractor, which meet the need of national regulation and provide basis for solving the problem of power matching.
