Conception and developmental at home and abroad of soybean potential productivvities was recommended in this paper.Based on the meteorological stations for24cities and counties of temperature and precipitation date from1960-2010in black soil region of Heilongjiang Province,used of mechanisms Act and inear trend line,Kriging interpolation of ArcGis and so on to calculate potential productivity of soybean, Analysis of the growing season (5-9months)the potential impact of climate change on the production of air temperature and precipitation in24cities and counties of soybean in black soil region and discussed about soybean climatic potential productivity under the background of climatic changes in black soil region of Hei Long jiang province.The results showed that:(1) The annual average temperature showed increasing trend in black soil region of Heilongjiang Province,the change rate was0.279℃/10a, the highest is2000;the lowest is1972.clearly heating in recent10years.the growing season average temperature showed increasing trend,the spatial distribution of the annual average temperature,that gradually decreased from south to north.The trend line of growing season precipitation was no significantly changed in black soil region of Heilongjiang Province in recent50years, the biggest is1994;the smallest is2007.the spatial distribution of the annual precipitation of east better than west,study area of growing season pecipitation was405-499mm,basic meeted soybean growth and development need.(2) Potential productivity of light-temperature of soybean showed increasing trend in black soil region of Heilongjiang.the change rate was205kg/hm2/10a,the average is25103kg/hm2the biggest is27236kg/hm in1994;the smallest is21811kg/hm2in2007.significantly increased in recent10years,because north and south span lead to potential productivity of light-temperature of soybean is different in differenr areas, that gradually decreased from south to north.the decadal fuctrations,in1970s,potential productivity of light-temperature of soybean was growing in north areas;in1980s the south and northwest areas was little increase;the west was decreased obviously.in1990s potential productivity of light-temperature of soybean was increasing from south to north;potential productivity of light-temperature of this century was increasing from south to north,the trend is consistent with the temperature rise.(3) The trend line of potential productivity of climate of soybean was no significantly changed in black soil region of Heilongjiang Provine in recent50years,the average is9129km/hm2the biggest is13014kg/hm2in1988;the smallest is5620kg/hm2inl976.the spatial distribution of the annual average temperature,that gradually increased from west to east.calorie resources is rich and sun-humid lands,conditons of Hydrothermal is good,potential productivity of climate of soybean was great, variatic coefficient was small,stabity.in mid-west regions,the calorie resource is suitable and short of water, potential productivity of climate of soybean was small,the decadal fuctrations,in1970s,potential productivity of climate of soybean was growing in north areas;in1980s the mid areas was increase;the west was decreased obviously, in1990s potential productivity of climate of soybean was decreasing from north to south.potential productivity of climate of this century was increasing in south and east areas,the trend is consistent with the temperature rise.(4) Temperature rise will make the climate production potential of soybean increased;the temperature drops to reduce climate production potential of soybean. Larger variation range of temperature make soybean production potential climate magnitude larger. The temperature variations of the same time, the poorer areas of heat condition, the more influence of soybean climate production potentia.l On the contrary, the heat conditions are good areas the smaller impact of soybean climate production potential.In the same area, temperature increases impact on climate productive potential is small.(5) In more precipitation areas, increasing the soybean water requirement of excess, which is bad to the growth of soybean, reduces the climatic potential productivity of soybean.But the climate production potential of soybean increased under the ground of precipitation decreased. In poorer precipitation areas, precipitation and climatic production potential was positively correlated, climate production potential of soybean increased with precipitation, precipitation correlated, with climatic potential productivity is big. Precipitation suitability of soybean area, the climate production potential is not obvious. While the temperature is the direct factor,according to soybean evaporate quickly, crop water requirement is bigger in high temperature, The small effects of precipitation variation on climatic potential productivity of soybean when close to soybean growth required content in precipitation On the contrary,the big effects of precipitation variation on climatic potential productivity of soybean when far away to soybean growth required content in precipitationThe climatic potential productivity of soybean reached the highest in high temperature and suitable for precipitation areas,compared with the precipitation in high temperature and suitable for precipitation areas, temperature is the main factor to affect the climate production potential of soybean.Compared with the temperature in high temperature and less precipitation areas precipitation is the main factor to affect the climate production potential of soybean.(6) With the future of the earth temperature is gradually warming, soybean climatic potential productivity increased in Heilongjiang black soil area.The black soil region of the eastern area rainfall area less than western characteristics, The more rain have favorable effect on crop growth in western area.Less rainfall have beneficial effects on crop growth in eastern area, restricting the crop growth in Western areas.
