In this paper, through the field test, four kinds of fertilizer treatments:100%organic fertilizer nitrogen (M1);70%+30%urea nitrogen organic fertilizer nitrogen (M2);80%+20%urea nitrogen organic fertilizer nitrogen (M3);100%of fertilizer nitrogen (M4); without any application of fertilizer for the control treatment (CK). Effect of organic inorganic fertilizer on corn major organs and the overall accumulation of dry matter, nitrogen content and accumulation, the influence of the SPAD value and yield were studied. Results of the study were as follows:Firstly, different fertilization treatment during the reproductive period of corn, the dynamic change of dry matter accumulation trends of blade was reducing after rising first, reached its zenith in summit stage. Dry matter accumulation of stem and sheath dynamic change trend and leaf blade broadly, reached the maximum at filling stage. In growth period, total dry matter accumulation of M2> M3> M4> M1> CK. In summiting to filling stage, total dry matter accumulation of M2> M3> M4> M1> CK. Kernel dry matter accumulation of M3> M2> M4> M1> CK, and differences between treatments of M1, M2, M3and M4reached5%significant levels. At summiting stage blades, filling stage, total dry matter accumulation in mature seed was positive correlation with corn yield and reached significant level.Secondly, in jointing stage, the nitrogen content of corn organs reached and maximum, and bracts cob maximum nitrogen content in summit stage. As the growth of corn, the nitrogen contents of different treatments of corn stem, leaf, sheath, bracts, and cob were gradually falling. The nitrogen content in corn grain was falling from filling stage to the mature stage. The nitrogen content in maize organs decreased as the order of M4> M2> M3> M1> CK. Nitrogen accumulation of different fertilizer treatments corn stalk, leaf and sheath, were increasing in jointing stage to summit stage, and reached the highest in summiting stage after gradually reducing. Mature grain nitrogen accumulation was as the order of M3> M2> M4> CK> M1, and the proportion of corn nitrogen accumulation quantity was M3> M2> M1> M4> CK. The correlation between the nitrogen accumulation quantity and corn yield reached extremely significant level.Thirdly, in different treatments, at different period, dynamic change trend of corn leaf SPAD values firstly rise and finally fall, and reached the peak at summiting stage. At summiting stage SPAD value was as the order of M3> M4> M2> M1> CK. Corn SPAD values in summiting had the correlation between yield and reached significant level, but at jointing stage and milking stage there were no significance.Fourthly, corn production of combine application was the highest and the increasing production effect was significant; the yield components were better than that of other treatments. The yield of different fertilizer treatments was as the order of:M3> M2>M4> M1>CK. The production of M3was11206.33kg/hm2, the largest. The order of economic benefits of different fertilization was M3> M2> M4> M1> CK, M3treatment obtained14554yuan/hm2, the maximum economic benefits in all treatments.
