Seeds in seed production in aging is a common phenomenon, often resulting in aging activity decreased, the effect of poor germination, and give a serious impact on subsequent production. To study how to improve the aging effects on seed germination and vigor of cabbage, cabbage seeds to the test material, the application of chemical and physical treatment nine kinds of methods, the use of L9(3)4orthogonal design and uniform design method to process it, and measuring the germination process all kinds of indicators, more intuitive, and analysis of variance change indicator, filter out the effect can improve germination best combination of primary and secondary analysis of the factors affecting the differences of each method and, after further physiological and biochemical determination to improve seed vigor index Research to improve the mechanism of seed vigor. The results showed that:1. PEG, mannitol, GA,6-BA, ASA, CaCl2, KH2PO4, magnetic fields, electric fields, such as chemistry and physics are two different classes nine kinds of methods can increase the magnitude of the effect of cabbage seed germination and seed vigor. By visual analysis and variance analysis showed that the effect of seed germination and vigor is affected by many factors, treatment, treatment temperature, time, dose, etc., and there was an interaction between these factors. Comprehensive analysis of each treatment increased the amplitude to PEG highest, followed by the electric field, mannitol most times.2. using L9(3)4orthogonal design and uniform design method best combination of nine kinds of screening methods. PEG molecular weight of10,000which is a concentration of15%, the soaking time18h, mannitol concentration of5%, a time24h, temperature15℃. GA temperature of25℃, the concentration of100mg/L, time12h. CaCl2temperature of20℃, the concentration of100mg/L, time18h. Comprehensive analysis of the use of physical methods of uniform design, soak8h (20℃) after1000-3500GS magnetic treatment1-6min and soak12h (20℃) after treatment100-180s can be improved seeds in the field10-15kv/cm the germination index.3. after the seed vigor improve its physiological and biochemical changes, soluble protein and sugar content significantly increased levels of membrane lipid peroxidation reduced antioxidant enzyme system, POD, SOD, CAT were higher than controls. Different methods of treatment on physiological life is different. Principal component analysis showed that the physiological and biochemical level, soluble sugar content, POD and malondialdehyde is a significant contributor of seed vigor change.
