This research was engaged in the study on dynamic pattern of amino acids in 8 kinds of forages(tall fescue, white clover, ryegrass, perennial rye-grass, reed fescue, cupplont, comfrey, alfalfa )in different growth periods in Yellow River beach area; the nutrition value of CP, NDF, DM and AA in 8 forages and combination effects were tested in vitro and vivo on 6 pieces of sheep fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas by the degrdation ability and gas production, combination efficiency was determined by average weight gain of Dorper F1 sheep feeding the combined grass hay of ammoniated wheat straw, alfalfa and beer lees in experiments 1 to 3; the effect of digestion metabolism Parameters of Plasma was determined with Dorper F1 sheep by feeding combined roughage mixed Dietary Cation-Antion Balance in experiment 4; the effect of combination of roughage with micro-nutrient control additives on cold lamb weight gain and the intake was researched with 80 Dorper F1 cold lambs in experiment 5. From the 192 conventional nutrition value data and 384 rumen degradation parameter, it can be deduced that 8 stains forages in Yellow River which provide a technical director for new protein system and an index for manpower forages utilized timely; that 17 AA dynamic and rumen degradation which provide a series of basic data for ruminant small intestine AA balance and techno-index for forages utilized in different growth periods of 6 forages in Yellow River beach area. That ammoniated wheat straw, alfalfa and brewer's grain to achieve the best combination effects was the component of 3:2:1; the ratio concentrate and forage was 40:60 by fermentation index in vitro combined with the cost of feed and feeding practice; that DCAB, micro-nutrient and yellowmycin in micro-nutrient control could improve average weight gain and feeds conversion efficiency (P <0.05).Exp. 1. Studies on dynamic pattern of amino acids in 8 forages of different growth periods8 main forages( tall fescue, white clover, ryegrass, perennial rye-grass, reed fescue, cupplont, comfrey, alfalfa )in different growth periods in Yellow River beach areas were collected to study dynamic pattern of amino acids in rumen. Six pieces of sheep(weight 30.51±3.23kg, Dorper×Han F1) fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas were used to determine CP, NDF, DM degrading. The results showed that: (1) CP and Ca content were higher in early stages, but CP and Ca content were reducing with the time going, while the content of NDF, ADF showed a reversed tendency with time going. CP(%)in alfalfa was the highest, then comfrey, White clover, cupplant and 5 strain gramineous grass in turn. On the other hand, the content of NDF(%)was higher in 5 strain gramineous grazing, then comfrey, cupplant and 2 strain leguminous grazing in turn. Ca content in cupplant, White clover and alfalfa was significant higher than other 6 strain gramineous grass. (2) There is a significant different in degradability of DM, CP and NDF in 8 forages in sheep rumen. the fast parts was the effective degradability of DM, CP and NDF were CP>NDF>DM, but slow parts (b) was NDF, the effective degradability ratio was CP with the growth periods, and the reducing extent of effective degradability of DM, CP and NDF in 4 kinds of forages showed evident downtrend(P<0.01)Analyzing synthetically the degradation rule of DM, CP and NDF in 8 kinds of forages in sheep's rumen and their yield, the author believed the optimally harvesting time of White clover,Tall Fescue and Red Fescue was the flowering stage, however the optimally reaping stage of Common comfrey was the maturing stage. And the CP's degradability in rumen in Common comfrey was the worst in 8 kinds of forages.Exp.2 Studies on dynamic pattern of amino acids in 6 kinds of forages in different growth periodsThis experiment was engaged in the study on dynamic pattern of amino acids in 6 kinds of forages(alfalfa,White clover, ryegrass, reed fescue, cupplant, comfrey )in different growth periods in Yellow River beach regions. Six pieces of sheep(weight 30.51±3.23kg, Dorper×Han F1) fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas were used to determine on AA rumen degradability. The results showed that: (1)the contents of amino acid reduced with the growth of 6 kinds of forages as a whole, and the amino acid's contents of 2 kinds of gramineous forages almost linearly decreased, others emerged two-peak (high-low-high-low) dynamic pattern, and the TAA of 2 kinds of leguminous forages were the highest, the TAA of 2 kinds of gramineous forages were the lowest, the TAA/CP of 2 kinds of gramineous forages were singer-peak(high-low- high )dynamic pattern, the peak value appeared in tillering stage, others were in flowering stage. The TEAA /NEAA of 2 kinds of leguminous forages were singer-peak (low-high-low )dynamic pattern, the others were two-peak(high-low-high-low) dynamic pattern, the peak value reach blossoming stage. Analyzing synthetically the above index and yield, the author considered the optimally harvesting time of alfalfa, White clover, ryegrass and red fescue was the flowering stage, however the optimally reaping stage of Cup plont and Common comfrey was the maturing stage.(2) amino acid (AA) Results showed downtrend (It was the highest in tillering period and lowest in mature period) with the growth period in six strain grazing. After ruminal incubation, Asp, Glu, Gly, Ser, Arg, Pro, Tyr and Thr were easier to be degraded in rumen(P<0.05或P<0.01). On the contrary, Ile, Leu, Phe, Val, Ala and Metwere were harder to be degraded in rumen(P>0.05. With the maturity, all AA were more difficult to be degraded in rumen.Exp. 3 Combination effects of Dorper F1 sheep fed by in vitro gas production method This experiment was engaged in combination effects of Dorper F1 sheep feed for six sheep(body weight 30.51±3.23kg) fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas selected ammoniated wheat straw, alfalfa and beer lees by in vitro gas production method. the results showed that ammoniated wheat straw, alfalfa and brewer's grain to achieve the best combination of the effects is the combination ratio 3:2:1; extractive feed and coarse feed ratio was 40:60 by fermentation index in vitro combined with the cost of feed and feeding practice, but still need to be verified.Exp.4 The effects of digestion metabolism and Parameters of Plasma for Dorper F1 sheep by combined roughage mixed Dietary Cation-Antion Balance This experiment was engaged in effect of digestion metabolism and Parameters of Plasma for Dorper F1 sheep (body weight 30.51±3.23kg) fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas by combined roughage mixed Dietary Cation-Antion Balance. The results showed that DM, OM, NDF, ADF apparent assimilation ratio and mineral metabolizability were affected by different DCAB level, Ratio was highest when DCAB=40meq/100gDM; when DCAB = 40meq/100gDM, the sheep would help to absorb and use calcium and phosphorus.Exp. 5 The effect of weight gain and the combination of roughage intake on Dorper F1 cold lamb by micro-nutrient controlThis experiment was engaged in effect on Dorper F1 cold lamb weight gain and the combination of roughage intake by micro-nutrient control, 80 Dorper F1cold lambs(3-month-old) which the average weight was 19. 06±1. 22 kg, 19.11±1.18kg, 19. 03±1. 49kg and 19.12±1.25kg were randomly divided into 4 groups. The results showed that: DCAB, micronutrient and yellowmycin in micro-nutrient control could advance body weight and extractive feed conversion ratio (P <0.05), yellowmycin group reached significant levels (P <0.01);DCAB and micro-nutrient cumulative effect was not obvious; roughage intake had dramatically increase with micro-nutrient control (P <0.05).
