| Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) is one of the largest consumption vegetables and fruits in the world. In recent years, the quality decline of tomato get the people’s attention. There are many factors affecting tomato fruit quality, especially light and nutritional status. This study using different colors of polyethylene film (colorless, purple, blue and red) to change the composition of the different wavelength light in transmission light to analyze the effect of different light quality on tomato growth, yield and quality, providing a theoretical basis for the research and development of the high yield and quality of tomato cultivation and dedicated film. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the high yield and quality of tomato soilless culture; using tomato as test material, adopting quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design, exploring the effect of the concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the percentage of fertile fruit, yield, quality, analytical the relationship between the concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the percentage of fertile fruit, yield, quality of tomato. The main research results are as follows.1. Blue films is in favor of the tomato stem elongation, the plant height is the highest; purple stem is in favor of the tomato stem diameter.’Red film is in favor of the accumulation of soluble sugar, titratable acid and lycopene. The content of Vc, soluble proteins and free amino acids under the treatment of blue and purple films were higher than the red and colorless films treatment; and the content of total phenols, flavonoids, anthocyanins under purple and blue films treatment are also relatively high.On the basis of ensuring the tomato production, red film treatment is not only more conducive to the synthesis and accumulation of lycopene, good commodity, but also improving the content of soluble sugar and titratable acid; the blue film treatment can improve the content of soluble protein, free amino acids and Vc content, but reducing the yields significantly. Therefore, under this experimental conditions, the red film is the optimum film to conducive to the high yield and quality of tomato.2. The concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium has great impact on tomato yield and quality. With the increasing of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentration, the tomato yield showed increased at first and decreased subsequently; the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus have interaction on tomato yield, the marginal effect order of these three nutrients is as follows:N>K> P.The concentration of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium has great impact on tomato lycopene. With the increasing of nitrogen, phosphorus concentration, the tomato lycopene showed increased at first and decreased subsequently; Potassium fertilizer can significantly increase the content of lycopene, the concentration of phosphorus and potassium have interaction on tomato lycopene content, the marginal effect order of these three nutrients is as follows:K>N> P.With the increasing of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentration, the content of tomato nitrate showed decreased at first and increased subsequently.3. Under conditions of this study, to get a high tomato yield, the suitable concentration ranges of N,P,K are respectively9.388~10.86mmol·L-1ã€1.248~1.635mmol·L-1ã€3.736~5.158mmol·L-1.The suitable concentration ranges of N,P,K are respectively9.970~12.472mmol·L-1ã€1.364~1.837mmol·L-1ã€5.113~6.052mmol·L-1can get high tomato lycopene content in this study. The suitable concentration ranges of N,P,K are respectively10.11412.687mmol·L-1ã€1.474~1.940mmol·L-1ã€3.529~4.625mmol·L-1can get low content of nitrate in this study. |
