The aim of this study is to research the effects of nutrient solution concentrations supply on the growth,yield and quality of tomato during growing stage.In this study,all birth process of tomato is set into three growth stages and every growth stage pour different nutrient solution concentrations.To research the effects of nutrient solution concentrations on the tomato and provide theoretical basis for soilless cultivation,plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll,fruit quality,dry matter accumulation and plant nutrient absorption regularity were measured.The experiment uses pearlite matrix,The formulation was selected from the special of tomato from shandong agricultural university,and the standard formula was a dose(1 s).Experiment set up 6 sets of processing,nutrient solution concentration is set in the three different growth stages,6 groups of processing respectively: C1(2/9S-4/9S-2/3S),C2(2/3S-2/3S-2/3S),C3(5/9S-7/9S-1S),C4(1S-1S-1S),C5(8/9S-10/9S-4/3S),C6(4/3S-4/3S-4/3S).The main results are as follows:(1)Plant height and stem diameter were growing with growth period.Among them,in the earlier growing stage,plant height and stem diameter grew faster;in the end,they grew slowly.The result of this experiment showed that 5/9 folds nutrient solution was more conducive to the growth of plant height,and later as the tomato fruit enlargement,3/4 folds nutrient solution is more advantageous to plant height.In the earlier growing stage,nutrient solution concentration had no significant effect on the stem diameter;in the end,3/4 folds nutrient solution is more advantageous to stem diameter.So the effects of nutrient solution concentrations on the growth of tomato in different growth stage had an important vaule and C5 and C6 were more conducive to the growth of tomato.The growth indexes of tomato,including plant height,stem diameter,leaf length and leaf width,all presented a trend of "S" type curve in the whole growth period.Logistic curve model was matched to the accumulation of plant morphological growth trend along with growth period.The results showed that the fitting were very well and the precision was higher.The growth indexes of tomato,including plant height and stem diameter,both presented a trend of ā€œSā€ type curve.Logistic curve model was matched to the accumulation of plant morphological growth trend along with growth period.(2)Leaf pigment content increased with the increase of nutrient solution concentration,Low nutrient solution concentration is bad for the synthesis of chlorophyll and low nutrient solution concentration lead to lack of the chlorophyll synthesis of some important elements.The ranking of the content of chlorophyll were C5>C6>C4>C3>C2>C1.The content of chlorophyll of C5 and C6 were higher.But C5 were the optimal tretment considering saving fertilizer.(3)With the increase of nutrient solution concentration,yield of each plant increased first and then decreased.The yield of each plant of C3 treatment is hightest and the vaule is1350.96g/plant,the C1 treatment is lowest and the vaule is only 507.70g/plant.Except C1 treatment,first,second and third ear fruit of yield of each plant and per fruit weight show a similar trent,and the second ear fruit was heavier than the first and third.(4)Dry matter accumulation increased gradually with the growth period.Dry matter distribution ratio in root,stem and leaf showed a decline trend,but showed a increasing trend in fruit.In the earlier growing stage.the rate of dry matter accumulation in root,stem and leaf became faster,but in fruit grew faster in the end.The biggest value of dry matter accumulation in root,stem and leaf was C6 treatment,the smallest was C1 treatment.The value of dry matter accumulation in root,stem and leaf between C4,C5 and C6 had no significant difference.Dry matter accumulation of different treatments and the output had an certain linear positive correlation.And the larger the dry matter accumulation was,the higher the yield of tomato was within certain range.(5)The nitrogen accumulation in different organs were as follows: fruit > leaf > stem >root.Phosphorus accumulation in different organs were as follows: fruit > steam > leaf >root.Potassium accumulation in different organs were as follow :fruit > leaf> stem> root.The nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium accumulation in C5 treatment was highest,but lowest in C1 treatment.(6)There was no siginificant difference in soluble sugar,Vitamin C,lycopene and sugar-acid ratio in C5 and C6.The principal component analysis on tomato quality showed that C6 had a higher synthesis score.Using correlation analysis to analyze the quality of tomato,it showed there was a certain correlation between quality indexes of tomato.There was a siginificant differentce between Vitamin C and soluble soild,lycopene.Organ acid with Vitamin C and lycopene also had a siginificant differentce.
