From the sixth day after blossom began can already tell the basic structure.the radicle and plumule. The blossom after6to9days of growth is most rapid. This is a period of rapid growth of embryo. From ninth to21days after blossom embryo growth than9days before the slow. The embryo into the growth period of relatively stable.21to30days black giant embryo and embryo growth is no longer obvious Ji Yujing. It was matured.(2) Germ black giant embryo and Ji Yujing’s growth of6to9days after the fastest growth in blossom. It is period of rapid embryo growth. The plumule growth began to slow down from9to21days after blossom. Germ into the growth period of relatively stable. Embryo growth is no longer obvious from21to30days after blossom. It was matured.(3) Radicle black giant embryo and Ji Yujing’s growth of6to9days after the fastest growth in blossom. It is period of rapid embryo growth. And at the same time the black giant embryo cell number and scutellum cell size is larger than jiyu japonica. Therefore decided to giant embryo rice embryo greater reason for this is the number of embryonic cells was increased and the embryo scutellum cell itself together.(7) Black giant embryo protein content of9.4%.1.1%higher than jiyu japonica; giant embryo rice fat content was4.8%. Significantly higher than the2.8%of jiyu japonica.1.71times that of jiyu japonica; giant embryo rice amylose content is14.6%. Jiyu japonica was18.2%. The amylose of giant embryo rice is lower than jiyu japonica; starch content. Giant embryo rice is68.4%. Jiyu japonica was73.1%. Giant embryo rice starch content is less than jiyu japonica.
