Rice is an important food crop in the southwest region of China, compared withother provinces and cities, climate and geographical environment of Chongqing israther special, with a warm winter, features summer heat, a small terrain and climatediversity. In this paper, Chongqing and surrounding areas31counties of81outstanding local riches as experimental material, collected this81materials in theThree Gorges Reservoir, and agronomic traits of materials, quality traits and geneticdiversity in-depth study on the use of molecular markers SSR81rice resources foranalysis, an excellent place to filter out resources glutinous rice89-1, for ricebreeding research, the results are as follows:1.8major agronomic traits of81outstanding local rice for rice correlation analysis inChongqing and the surrounding areas, the materials showed that: solid grainsmaximum coefficient of variation, ear of rice length minimum coefficient of variation,there are21highly significant correlation level. Cluster analysis of agronomic traits,when taken in the74.3threshold, the material can be divided into four groups,excellent resource materials are mainly concentrated in the third groups, comparedwith the other groups, the first genetic distantly related taxa.2. part of the material quality traits in rice for statistical analysis, cluster analysisfound that the genetic material from the gap of81outstanding local rice small, narrowgenetic base, but the genetic distance between Ⅰ and Ⅱ and Ⅲ and Ⅳ firstcloser, especially Ⅲ groups, the36copies of each material is almost no difference inquality traits. Quality traits differences between groups were significantly different.From the first screening of the characters in groups Ⅰ,We filtered the excellentmaterial44D and two unnamed Valley. Section Ⅱ groups screened amylose traitexcellent material3parts, namely: Zheng B, Shan B and D62B vary. The first degreeⅢ groups in milled rice and amylose content of36parts materials are high, screenedout one excellent quality materials open state on the2nd, the quality traits of thismaterial showed excellent. Section Ⅳ groups screened two copies traits excellentvariety, respectively Shuhui527and gold23B.3.Markers materials analysis in81outstanding local rice, genetic analysis revealedthat the genetic distance between the most of the resources close, relatively narrowgenetic base, but there are a small number of genetic materials between the fardistance, clustered into a single Categories, namely groupsⅠ.Ⅰ group included197and89-1two waxy material,Ⅱ groups have8copies of materials, and the remaining 71copies of materials are divided into first Ⅲ groups. Screening Ⅲ groups fromthe12traits in an excellent, high yield material, which were Fuhui130Shuhui527,Qianhui15, Yapengzi, cups waxy, Gui99, Fuhui838,355-2, Fuyin No.1, Fuyin No.2,Fuyin No.4, three hundred rods.4.81Rice Material agronomic traits and molecular markers results clustering resultsare basically consistent.Ⅰgroups and screened from the clustering results in a waxy89-1breeding material, this material is a rather special materials for specific perennialrice resources, with resistant to cold growth characteristics, this material is ricegenetic breeding work provides a strong guarantee.
