Archidendron clypearia (Jack) I. C. Nielsen is a perennial tree of Archidendron among Leguminosae, which mainly in subtropical regions, its young shoots and leaves was the functions of qingrejiedu, cooling swelling and antidiarrheal. Archidendron clypearia mainly through planting seedlings, but its seed storage time is short and the germination rate fall with the extension of storage time, in addition, Archidendron clypearia has been in the wild state in the past, large-scale plantation rarely, fewer studies on its seed breeding and the cultivation techniques lack, This characteristic limits the standardized planting of Archidendron clypearia. The quality of plant seedlings directly related to the yield and quality of crude drug, so Archidendron clypearia seedling cultivation and management techniques and seed breeding research is important. In this dissertation, studied on the seed storage, seedling cultivation and management techniques, cutting propagation technology of Archidendron clypearia and comprehensive evaluation of tis base soil fertility and nutrient variation. It can provide the scientific basis for seed storage, prolonged seed storage time. Simultaneously, provided some reference for cultivation of Archidendron clypearia and promote its seedlings industrialization process.1. The review of domestic and foreign literatureAfter reviewing lots of relevant literature, summarized the general research situation of Archidendron clypearia on the pharmacognosy, chemical composition, pharmacological effects, quality standard and mainly overview the germplasm resources of Archidendron clypearia. And summarized the status of seed storage and technology of seed breeding.2. Studies on Seed Storage of Archidendron clypeariaThe moisture content of Archidendron clypearia seeds was59.1%, germination rate was positively correlated with the moisture content, the correlation coefficient was0.966. In12%of wet sand at4℃perishable, peeling stored at4℃death can effectively reduce30days beginning, the speed of room temperature and4℃plastic bag’s germination rate decreased is similar. In the process of seed storage, the conductivity, MDA, proline of seed were gradually increased. Due to the seed of wet sand storage has been almost dead, so the trend of physiological and biochemical indexes different from the other two groups.3. Studies on cultivation technology of Archidendron clypeariaLarge seeds and middle seeds of Archidendron clypearia is should be used for seedling production, and the suitable burial depth was not more than0.5cm. Shading treatment (64%、87%、96%) inhibited plant height, stem diameter, the leaf area, the branching number, main root length significantly. But shading treatment increased survival rate greatly, and under the64%light intensity treatments, survival rate higher than other treatments, so shading treatment was also necessary for Archidendron clypearia seedlings, and the best shading treatment was under64%. Through the design of ortllogonal combination experiment and consider more, the best ratio of fertilization on the growth of Archidendron clypearia was treatment2(N:P205:K20=1g:0.25g:1g). And the best media fomula is coir:peaty soil:humus soil.4. Studies on the cutting of Archidendron clypeariaThe adventitious roots of Archidendron clypearia is originated from cortex, and it is difficult to rooting by cutting propagation, rooting rate is very low.The rootage percent was the highest when the soft wood cutting between woody stems and buds was soaked in600mg/L IBA for30min on the March and the cutting media is sand, but the rooting rate only was16.7%.0. lg/ml and0.2g/ml water extracts of stem from Archidendron clypearia significantly affect germination and radicle elongation of Vigna radiata. There existed some materials influencing and inhibiting rooting of cuttings of Archidendron clypearia.5. Integrated Evaluation oil Soil Fertility in Cultivation Base and nutrient dynamics of Archidendron clypeariaThe results showed that soil Ph, total N, Pand K contents were all low, and the organic matter was poor. The available N and K were rich. while the available Pand mineral element were low. The available N, K and the organic matter of the east and west slope were richer than those of the south and north. The comprehensive coefficient of the soil fertility of all samples was below0.9and the soil was at the barren level. Nutrients concentrations in the leaves of Archidendron clypearia varied in a growing season, with total N19.50-23.30g/kg, P1.27-1.48g/kg,K10.60-12.51g/kg. N and P contents are higher in the spring, and K contents in the fall and winter is higher.
