In view of the Xinjiang sugar beet production less varieties and low production efficiency, thetext puts forward that the high yield and high efficiency cultivation of sugar beet in Xinjiang,researching to improve the beet planting benefit, promoting technological way to the healthyand stable development of Xinjiang beet sugar industry. The test of this the sis was finished insugar beet research institute of Shihezi and farm131, farm22.Compare and screen somesugar beet varieties such as ST14991,BETA378,BETA165, KWS0143Etc. to enrich theexisting varietie of farm131,also compare the working performance of the main seeders andharvesters, summary some method of disease, insect pests and weeds control too. The test ofthis thesis was finished in sugar beet research institute of Shihezi and farm131, farm22.Summarizing the sugar beet planting technologies of farm131, provide theoretical guidancefor sustainable farming of the farm and XPCG. The main results are as follows:1. Comparison between different varieties of sugar beet show that: the leaves of ST14991arelong, wide, and leaf area is big, short petioles, foliage is upright and compact; leaves ofBETA378is short, long petioles, and foliage is loose; foliage height and leaf length ofBETA165are moderate, with small, narrow leaves. The root of BETA378,BETA165areuniform,are suitable for high density planting and mechanic harvesting; The root ofST14991are uneven and long, so this varietie is not suitable for high density planting.2. Disease resistance of different varieties for change show that: BETA378, BETA165powdery mildew occurs lighter than ST14991. The production practice shows that ST14991infected severe root rot; KWS0143has a good resistance to Rhizomania; BETA356has agood resistance to root rot but it infected Rhizomania increasingly severe.3. The hole rate is about9.5%when pellet seed is used with pneumatic seeder. The hole rateof Mechanical seeder is less than3%. T2and T3Sugar beet harvester of Homer corporationhas high efficiency, it is gradually accepted by farmers and widely used. The operationefficiency of sectional type harvester is low, with the high cost of operation, so they aremainly used in small fields.4. Investigations of sugar beet in farm131show that: the beet yield is greatly increased infarm131, the main reason is the application of high yield varieties, followed by the application of the big fat. Farmers usually irrigate a lot of water before harvest, this results inlower sugar content.5. To the disease, insect pests and weeds of beet sugar industry at present, the text puts thatforward: the main control measures include: strengthen the introduction of resistant varieties;avoid continuous and alternate cropping, apply the cropping rotation system above5years;input more phosphate, potash fertilizer and organic fertilizer to improve soil fertility anddisease resistance of beet. It is important to control some insect pests like weevil, noctuid andbeet leaf mite. According to the time and regularity of all kinds of insect pests, taking timelyand effective control measures to avoid pest infestation. Control weed timely and effective,with this technology. Dodder occurs seriously in recent years, but there are still no effectivecontrol measures, it is mainly removed by hand now.
