| Ulmus pumila’Jinye’is our country a variety color-leafed plants with proprietary intellectual property rights. Bush Ulmus pumila’Jinye’has been widely applied in landscaping as an application with a greater market requirement at the same time. So this passage studied its asexual propagation and the effect of light intensity to leaf color and set up good breeding system, so as to provide technical support for seedling production and theoretical reference of environmental choice in landscape application. The results showed:(1) Diameter of branch had significantly effect on grafting of Ulmus pumila’Jinye’. Diameter of branch between0.4cm and0.8cm when grafting survival rate was as high as94%; Average seedling height, average longest length of new treetop, branch biomass and leaf biomass were all higher than the other two groups. Diameter of branch should be between0.6cm and0.8cm.(2) Different stock and scion diameter had a greater influence on the effect of grafting. When Liaoning Ulmus pumila L. as a stock and the diameter of scion between0.6cm and0.8cm, average seedling height was the highest which is68.1cm, average longest length of new treetop reached up to60.5cm in length, graft survival rate reached as high as95%, the number of leaves and leaf blade specifications were higher than other groups, also had the fewest plant diseases and insect pests of leaves, the grafting effect was the best.(3) Different grafting time and scion diameter had a greater influence on the effect of grafting. Average seedling height, average diameter, average longest length of new treetop and survival rate of grafting on March27were higher than on May27. Grafting should be in germination and try to choose scion which diameter is between0.6cm and0.8cm.(4) Different scion seal measures and diameter had a greater influence on the effect of grafting. Choosing scion sealing with wax and diameter of0.6-0.8cm scion that average seedling height, average diameter, average longest length of new treetop and survival rate were higher than other treatments. Using scion with0.6-0.8cm diameter, wax measures for grafting saved material, time and manpower and planted growth and survival rate were higher.(5) Using low tunnel in all-weather greenhouses of softwood cuttings, the rooting rate was only53%, rooting number was530per1000plants, the longest root length was4.2cm, and average rooting number was16. Compared with grafting, cuttings were easy to be picked so that manpower and cost were saved. With much more widespread use of softwood cuttings, market demand for nursery stock can be alleviated.(6) In hardwood cutting,100mg/L IAA, IB A, NAA and contrast group water were used to soak cuttings for24h. The result was that cuttings rooting rate was very low, only between9%and11%, water group was only1%, the effect not good. This suggested that Ulmus pumila’Jinye’was not suitable for hardwood cutting propagation seedling.(7) The leaf pigment content, ratio of pigment and soluble sugar content was influenced by light intensity significantly. With the increase of light intensity, content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll and carotenoid was declining; The ratio of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content was increased steadily, chlorophyll and carotenoid ratio was in steadily reduced, anthocyanin content was in gradually increased, chlorophyll content and anthocyanin ratio was in a gradual decline; Soluble sugar content was on the decline. Under the52001x light processing, the ratio of chlorophyll and carotenoid was minimum relative to other processing. It had more carotenoid content, and leaf color was obviously yellower than other three groups, and the golden leaves were more. With the increase of processing time, the golden bright degree of blade actual leaf color was on the decline. In order to ensure Ulmus pumila’Jinye’a good ornamental effect and healthy growth in landscape, it should be planted to the light intensity greater, sunny environment. |
