In this experiment, Prunus mongolica Maxim as a study object for the study of the germination rate of seeds,the growth of seedlings and the growth of seedlings in different density of GOLDMAY water-soluble fertilizers has the science basis for cultivation techniques.The substrate experiment which blend by clay, sandy soil and manure in different components and the fertilization experiment which fertilize the GOLDMAY water-soluble fertilizers are observated during6months. Analyze the germination rate of seed, the shape of the seedlings which include height, truck diamete, crown diameter, root length,height/root length, truck diameter/root length; the biomass of seedlings which include aboveground fresh weight, root fresh weight, aboveground dry weight, root dry weight,aboveground moisture content, root moisture content.The following results can be obtained through data processing and analysis:1. The germination rate of the seed of Prunus mongolica Maxim, in components of4kinds of substrates are Unrelated with Physical properties and Chemical properties of components; the germination rate of Prunus mongolica Maxim, seed are Unrelated with different Substrate Compositions.2. Compare the data of seedlings by leaf area, shape and biomass which are cropped in4kinds of substrates, the shape of seedlings in substrate of6:3:1is better than the other3kinds of substrates.3. The shape of seedlings in substrate of6:3:1is better than the other3kinds of substrates with Oppm GOLDMAY water-soluble fertilizers; The shape of seedlings in substrate of4:4:2is better than the other3kinds of substrates with200ppm GOLDMAY water-soluble fertilizers; The shape of seedlings in substrate of3:6:1is better than the other3kinds of substrates with400ppm GOLDMAY water-soluble fertilizers; The shape of seedlings in substrate of4.5:4.5:1is better than the other3kinds of substrates with600ppm GOLDMAY water-soluble fertilizers. |
