Camellia belongs to Theaceae Camellia L. plant, which is one of the world’s fourmajor woody edible oil endemic to China. Camellia has a very large economic, social andecological benefits; Camellia oil extracted from the fruit is a green, ecological and healthoil with high nutrients, which was known as the "Oriental olive oil".This experiment basedon the the theory of balanced fertilizer and choose the Ganwu Series8-year-old Camelliavarieties for the study in,Jiujiang, using five different set of irrigation water testingprogram, conducted a randomized bloCK experiment, research the Dynamic changes ofCamellia fruit shape growth and fruit quality under different water gradient, and analysistheir relevance to the production, clear Camellia’s fruit growth and fruit dry matteraccumulation under different growth trends in the different month, to improve the yieldand quality of Camellia fruit and provide the scientific basis for the management of waterin summer. Follows are The results of this study:(1)By study the growing of Camellia fruit shaped under different moisture gradientfound: The grow law of fruit height and fruit diameter of C. oleifera was showed the samein different water gradient treatment, that was rapid growth in the July and grow leveledoff in the August. When fruit grow stabilized, fruit height was largest in treatment3(30kg/strain), and lowest in the control treatment (0kg/strain). The conclusion meanirrigation can promote the growth of fruit height and diameter. In addition, stabilized growperiod of fruit diameter was July30in the control treatment, that was earlier than theirrigation treatment for about10days. In the period of rapid grow of fruit, fruit diameterwas smaller than fruit height, the performance of fruit shape index was less than1. In theperiod of stabilized grow of fruit, fruit height and diameter were almost the same, theperformance of fruit shape index was equal to1. Fruit shape index of C. oleifera wasgenerally increased with time in period of rapid growth.(2)By study the Camellia fruit quality index dynamics in different moisture gradientfound that in Camellia fruit growth and developmental processes, the growth anddevelopment of fruit kernels was rapid, representing the ratio of the fruit increases, theperformance of the fruit dry out the seed rate increases rapidly, and exhibit different growthamounts at different growth stages. Dry seed rate, dry shelling percentage, kernel oilcontent and oil content of the fruit obviously subject to the effects of moisture, the amountof water applied to the gradient2(20kg/strain) handled most conducive to increased fruitdry out the seed rate, dry shelling percentage, oil content of seeds and fruit oil content, andCK (0kg/strain) performance worst in these four indicators. Camellia fruit in the growthand development process, the fruit contains material accumulation, kernel oil contentincreases, and exhibit different growth trends in different growth stages, with the stages ofgrowth kernel oil rate increases rapidly at first, then the rate of increase slowed; Camelliafruit oil rate is gradually increased, and showed different trends at different growth stagesof growth, on the whole, the increase rate is gradually increased oil content of the fruit.(3) From Camellia fruit yield per plant and oil production in different water gradientprocessing point of view, the moisture gradient in each fruit yield per plant and oilproduction have shown significant differences, indicating that the water has a significanteffect on the tea plant yield and oil content; each plant yield and moisture gradientCamellia oil production in order of2(20kg/strain)>3(30kg/strain)>1(10kg/strain)>4(40kg/strain)> CK (0kg/strain). Camellia fruit yield per plant and oil production areincreasing with the increase of water in2(20kg/strain) moisture gradient reached themaximum yield per plant was3542.66g/strains, plant oil production is533.15g/train; while the water continues to increase, camellia plant yield and oil production will be reduced, while the4(40kg/strain) moisture gradient processing, tea yield per plant was2369g/plant,oil plant amount of281.94g/strains.(4)Camellia fruit diameter and fruit high under different moisture gradient, respectively, with fresh fruit, grain yield per plant, plant oil production showed asignificant positive correlation; under different moisture gradient Camellia fruit oil contentand yield per plant, plant oil production also showed a significant positive correlation; butfruit shape index and fruit oil content, yield per plant, plant oil production showed nosignificant negative correlation.
