Analysis And Evaluation Of Forest Carbon Sink In Yichun From The Perspective Of Forest Carbon Sink Enhancement

Since the industrial revolution in the18th century, as the growing number of exploiting and use of fossil fuels, such as coal, oil and gas, the concentration of greenhouse gases discharged to the atmosphere, such as carbon dioxide, greatly increases. At the same time, cutting large area of forest makes plants which absorb carbon dioxide significantly reduce. The growth of the emission of carbon dioxide and the reduction of forest make the content of greenhouse gases higher and higher so as to lead to global warming eventually. A series of environmental changes that global warming bring about attract high attention of governments from different countries and the scientific communities. Carbon dioxide, as the main greenhouse gas, becomes the important topic in international climate negotiations. Every country actively takes measures to reduce the emissions of carbon sequestration, the emissions of carbon and to increase carbon sinks. Domestic and foreign researches throughout the world or in some regions on carbon storage, carbon reduction, carbon sinks are gradually developing.This paper takes theory of forest, public goods, effectiveness and value of labor, sustainable development and forest management as the basis for the preliminary study, focusing on researching forest carbon sinks enhancement theory, and deeply analyzes the important role, influencing factors of forest carbon sinks enhancement and the specific ways to achieve forest carbon sinks enhancement. Then under the perspective of Forest Carbon Sink Enhancement, taking systematic and scientific theory as a guidance and taking Yichun forest area as the object, combining with the theory and practice of forest carbon sinks enhancement, this paper analyzes the increased sinks of carbon sequestration in Yichun sometime in the future from qualitative and quantitative aspects. On this basis explores new ideas and thoughts of forest carbon sinks enhancement theory and then does some basic researches for the establishment of the theoretical framework of forest carbon sinks enhancement. Based on data analysis and combined with the implementation prospects of forest carbon sinks enhancement, this paper proposes rational developmental opinion for the achievement of forest carbon sinks enhancement in Yichun through normative researches and empirical researches.Strengthening the research of forest carbon sinks enhancement and facing out the new forestry opportunities and challenges from the perspectives of thoughts, theory and technology are the new topics that our country’s forestry construction, forestry production and forestry research must be laid emphasis on. The forest resources are very rich in Yichun forestry area in Heilongjiang Province, which is one of the most important forest areas in China. The huge "carbon sinks" not only has important ecological functions but also potentially huge economic benefits. Therefore, the research of forest carbon sinks enhancement in Yichun in Heilongjiang province has great theoretical and practical significance, which not only benefits the further research of the theoretical system of forest carbon sinks enhancement and promotes the continuous improvement of forest carbon sinks enhancement theory but also contributes to an overall understanding of the capacity of Yichun forest area and further promotes the widespread popularity of forest carbon sinks enhancement concept in forest area and accelerates the practice process of forest carbon sinks enhancement theory.
