Study On The Effect Of Different Kinds Of Foliar Fertilizers On Fruit Cracking Of Huping Jujube

Huping jujube, Shanxi specialty, national protection of geographical indication of agricultural products, is one of the top ten famous jujube in china, which is well appreciated by customers. Because of the rainy season in Taigu during the maturity date of Huping jujube, fruit cracking is a very common phenomenon. As a convenient, fast, and efficient management, spraying foliar fertilizer has been widely used in actual production. In this experiment, in order to investigate the effect of different kinds of foliar fertilizers on fruit cracking, different kinds of foliar fertilizers have been sprayed on the Huping jujube, which can provide a reference for the actual production. The research results showed as follows:(1) During white ripe stage, crisp ripe stage and mature stage, spraying foliar fertilizer Z1 or Z2 can remarkably reduce the fruit cracking rate of Huping jujube.(2) During different development stage, spraying foliar fertilizer Z1 or Z2 can depress the pectin enzyme activity and the decomposition speed of proto pectin, reducing the content of water soluble pectin, which improves the fruit firmness and keeps the rupture stress stay at a high level.(3) During different development stage, spraying foliar fertilizer Z1 or Z2 can enhance the activity of SOD, POD and CAT in the pericarp of Huping jujube. Consequently, the defense capability of cell membrane was improved.(4) During different development stage, spraying foliar fertilizer Z1 or Z2 can reduce the permeability of cell membranes, keep the pericarp activity stay at a high level. As a result, the water outside of the cell can be absorbed selectively, preventing the occurrence of fruit cracking caused by the excessive absorption of water.(5) During different development stage, spraying foliar fertilizer Z1 or Z2 can increase leaf area and the content of chlorophyll, which promotes the accumulation of photosynthetic products and supplies more nutrient to the fruits.(6) During different development stage, spraying foliar fertilizer Z1 or Z2 can large the fruits of Huping jujube and increase the single fruit weight, improving the quality of fruits.(7) During different development stage, spraying foliar fertilizer Z1 or Z2 can shorten crisp ripe stage, prolong white ripe stage and mature stage. Then the rainy days can be avoided properly.
