Through the survey I found there are many problems on high proportion of retail investors to dairy, unreasonable structure of cattle, unreasonable layout of dairy farms, poor environmental and each function in the equipment size is not reasonableetc. All of these factors have restricted the normal development of the dairy industry. According to the records, In2010the farming scale under50dairies had accounted for64.5%of the whole restock in Shanxi Province. The restock under10dairies accounted for48%of the whole restock. The proportion of free-range is larger. After the outbreak of the melamine event, Domestic breeding patterns have been changed from free-range mode to scale, mechanization mode. But the rise of large-scale farms makes the waste processing hard and the surrounding environment pollution of the farms is serious.Based on the status of most of the farms, Even some dairies farms only existing lactation dairies, this paper designs a small and dairies farm in order to Promote the development of the standardization of the dairy market in Shanxi Province. All factors have been taken into account comprehensively in the site selection. Such as the calculation and demonstration of the herd structure, the design of the dairies farm overall layout, Inside the barn equipment specific parameters design, the solution of the barn to internal and external environmental health, the selection of the greening plan, etc. to ensure the scientific and applicable development of the dairies farm. The total number of the cattle reaches175, including100adult dairies, in order to satisfy the residents in Liulin county the demands of raw milk. The dairies farm adopts the mode of bar feeding process, TMR configuration diet, concentrated milking in the milking hall, comprehensive processing of the waste. I hope that through this planning and design of the dairies farm of Lingzhi energy investment group can drive the sustainable development of dairies industry in liulin, even in Shanxi Province.
