In order to explore the effect of Sethoxydimon and Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P on the growth characteristics and growth characteristics of ZhangzalO and Jingu21on growth period,and Screened both safe and efficient and optimal concentration of herbicide.in the4th or5th leaf stage spraying different concentrations of Sethoxydim and Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P on Zhangza10and Jingu21. Plant height, leaf area, Superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), malondialdehyde (MDA) content, Membrane permeability, Chlorophyll content, Soluble sugar content, Soluble protein content and NR activity, thousand seeds and yields were analyzed, The main findings as follows:1.Foxtail millet seedlings was treatment by Sethoxydim of different concentrations,The plant height, leaf area of Zhangza10was declined with the increasing of sethoxydimon concentration, and increased with prolonged time. After3days, Jingu21was stop growing,the leaves was began be yellowing, wilting,until death. The effect of Influence on plant height, leaf area was least,when the concentrations was≤80ml/L. When theconcentration was320ml/L, Chla、Chlb、Chl (a+b)、Car content was significantly lower than CK, the Chlorophyll was declined with the increasing of sethoxydimon concentration. The POD,SOD activity of ZhangzalO decreased after an initial increase,with the increasing of sethoxydimon concentration, and increased with prolonged time, the POD,SOD activity of Zhangza10and Jingu21was the highest when the concentration of sethoxydimon was80ml/L. The MDA content of ZhangzalO and Jingu21was increased with the increasing of sethoxydimon concentration, the MDA content was eased with the time. Membrane permeability of Zhangza10was decreased after an initial increase with with the increasing of sethoxydimon concentration. The relative conductivity of Zhangza10In the July17is lower than the June18, June28, and changed slightly, the relative conductivity of Jingu21was the biggest when the concentration was40mI/L. Soluble sugar content of Zhangza10was not significantly after treatmented by sethoxydimon, when the concentration of sethoxydimon was40ml/L the Soluble sugar content was the biggest. Soluble sugar content of Jingu21was declined with the increasing of sethoxydimon concentration. The Soluble protein content of Zhangza10in the July17was lower than the June18, was the lowest when the concentration of sethoxydimon was80ml/L. The NR activity of ZhangzalO was significantly higher than CK when the concentration was40ml/L. The NR activity of Jingu21was the highest when the concentration was160ml/L. The thousand seeds and yields were declined with the the increasing of sethoxydimon concentration, the thousand seeds of ZhangzalO is3.6562g, the CK is3.736g when the concentration of sethoxydimon was40ml/L, the yield is403.535Kg/Mu when the concentration was40ml/L, the yield of CK is553.61Kg/Mu.2. Foxtail millet seedlings was treatment by Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P of different concentrations, plant height, leaf area of Zhangza10and Jingu21were inhibited by the herbicide, the plant height and leaf area of ZhangzalO and Jingu21the POD activity, SOD activity were the highest when the concentrations were120g/Mu、240g/Mu of Zhangza10,, the inhibition gradually decreased with time, the plant height and leaf area of millet gradually growing up. Chla、Chlb、Chl (a+b)、Car content of ZhangzalO and Jingu21was decreased after an initial increase with with the increasing of Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P concentration, gradually increased with time. The POD,SOD activity of ZhangzalO and Jingu21was decreased after an initial increase with with the increasing of Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P concentration, gradually increased with time, the POD activity, SOD activity were the highest when the concentrations were120g/Mu、240g/Mu of Zhangza10, the POD activity, SOD activity were the highest when the concentrations were240g/Mu、120g/Mu of Jingu21. The MDA content of ZhagzalO and Jingu21was increased with the increasing of Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P concentration, and eased with time, the MDA content was lowest when the concentration is60g/Mu, Membrane permeability of ZhangzalO and Jingu21was decreased after an initial increase with with the increasing of Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P concentration, when the concentration is60g/Mu the MDA content was lowest. Soluble sugar content of ZhangzalO were highest when the concentration was120g/Mu in the July17, when the concentration was240g/Mu the Soluble sugar content of Jingu21was the highest. The Soluble protein content of ZhangzalO in the July17was declined, when the concentration was60g/Mu, the The Soluble protein content was sigificantly lower than CK, the Soluble protein content of Jingu21was highest when the concentration was120g/Mu. The NR activity of ZhangzalO was the highest when the Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P concentration was480g/Mu, the NR activity of Jingu21was decreased. The thousand seeds and yields of Zhangza10was declined with the increasing of Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P concentration, the thousand seeds CK is3.736g, and the thousand seeds of ZhangzalO is3.4618g when the Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P concentration was120g/Mu. The thousand seeds of Jingu21is3.7843g when the concentration was60g/Mu, and a little higher CK(3.3202g), the yield of ZhangzalO is526.93Kg/Mu when the Monosulfuron Plus Propazine44%W P concentration was120g/Mu, the yield of CK is553.61Kg/Mu. The yield of Jingu21is436.885Kg/Mu, and the yield of CK is306.82Kg/Mu.
