The food security issues have become the focus of people attention as the rapid development of economy and continuously improving of people’s living standards. Pesticide residues in the crops and their agricultural products mainly from pesticides used for pest control, The studies about reduce pesticide pollution are focused on the selection of low toxicity and high residue pesticides and bio-pesticides, improved formulations and application technology. Using degradation agent to reduce pesticide residues in agricultural products is a new way of governance product contamination. In this study, eggplant and peppers, two kinds of the solanaceae crops, cabbage, kale, and chinese cabbage, three kinds of the cruciferous crops, spinach, a kind of the chenopodiaceae crop, and strawberry, a kind of the rosaceae crop, were selected as tested crops. The results showed that the use of the pesticide degradation agent can accelerate the degradation rate of pesticides, but it have not the same effect to all crops. But different crops have different degradation effects:the agent is on a strawberry pesticide degradation degradation effect, pyridaben degrade faster. On pepper pesticide degradation agent degradation effect is not obvious; able to effectively reduce the spinach pesticide safety interval. Spraying of dichlorvos in cabbage, chinese cabbage on dichlorvos and chlorpyrifos sprayed on the vegetables can be degraded; but this itself against degradation at faster dichlorvos pesticide, degradation agent latter was not obvious, pesticide degradation agent can accelerate the degradation rate of plants, through tests showed that, generally2~6days after spraying the degradation effect is more obvious.
