With the global integration process speed up, China’s economy has entered a rapid development period, and rapid development for the whole national infrastructure puts forward higher request. Among them, the scarcity of land resources becomes a severe problem, and protection of arable land, land reclamation and sea epeirogeny have been constantly promoted. Chinese large and medium-sized cities, most of them are located in the coastal areas, which lets sea epeirogeny in our country much feasibility; At the same time, large and medium-sized city scale continuous enlargement is more conducive to China’s economic and cultural development, thus further promoting countries and the development of the city. In the habitat of bad coastal saline soil on the green space landscape construction is very difficult and hard work. Here, in this paper the new Ningbo-Hangzhou bay as an example, through a large number of relevant literatures, saline and alkaline land management comprehensive collection of successful cases, and field survey sampling, detailed discusses coastal city development saline and alkaline land landscape greening construction problems.The paper first analyzes the "saline soil" and "salt plant" concept, this paper introduces the classification of related, it summarized the domestic and foreign research present situation management; Based on this, this topic research significance and the research train of thought; and then the Hangzhou bay district of natural conditions and geological features, vegetation, economic aspects of full and accurate background material analysis, summed up the research area green space landscape construction of the "three" main limiting factors, namely ’plant’,’soil’ and ’water’. At the same time also points out the area green space landscape construction advantages: favorable national policy guidance and economic support, superior geographical location, rich land resources. Then from the Hangzhou bay district saline and alkaline land landscape planting the overall thinking, and has gone through pure soil dressing plant, pure natural soil cultivation, replace the original soil and combined with planting three stages of specific saline and alkaline land management measures according to its economic and technical cost and landscape effects were made a comparative analysis. Based on the new Hangzhou saline and alkaline land landscape plant research shows that coastal saline and alkaline land greening although is difficult, but as long as follow the rule of the motion of the salt water, according to the function requirements of afforestation and site conditions, with reasonable to salt technical measures and scientific management technology, coastal saline and alkaline land landscape greening garden plant saline and alkaline land natural soil cultivation, realize greening and beautification is can do it. At the same time, through the research, a group of selected for saline and alkaline land greening landscape plants. This paper not only the results of the study of Hangzhou bay new city landscape and ecological environment construction has direct guidance, but also for a wide range of coastal areas of saline soil ecological environment construction to provide reference.
