In recent years, wood vinegar liquid is widely used in many aspects of agro-forestry,pharmaceuticals, animal husbandry. The main purpose of this study is to make pyroligneous(the Shaanxi Yixin Biological Energy Science and Technology Development Co., LTD, whichis the manufacturer.) applied to the cash crops by cooperation with enterprise. This paper, bymeans of greenhouse experiment and watermelon, muskmelon as the study subjects, studiedthe influences to watermelon and muskmelon growth indicators and quality as well as itsinfluence on soil trace element from applying of different concentrations (blank, diluted200times,400times,600times,800times) of pyroligneous. The main results are as follows:1. Based on photosynthetic characteristics, growth and quality, pyroligneous diluted200times the optimal concentration is to improve the quality of watermelon, pyroligneous diluted400times concentration of melon is to improve the quality of the best.Pyroligneous diluted200times and400times is better for growth as well as the diameterincreasing of stem of watermelon; In addition and in each of the processing cases, whenapplying the diluted200times pyroligneous that the chlorophyll increases the fastest, and itcan most enhance the photosynthetic characteristics of watermelon. And in terms of sugaracid ratio, the sugar acid ratio of the diluted400times pyroligneous is significantly higherthan that of other processing, the diluted600times comes the second, and no differencebetween the diluted600times and the diluted400times.Applied with pyroligneous of diluted600times by various processing, the stem ofmuskmelon will be with the longest length and the best growth effectives. The diluted400,800times also can get it growth but the effect is not obvious; the diluted200times thatincrease the stem diameter is the most obvious, followed up by the diluted400,600times; Inaddition, the diluted200times is the fastest that can increase the chlorophyll, second is thediluted400times, all the rest will decrease as increasing of dilution ratios; Whenpyroligneous is of diluted400times, it will be the optima concentration associated to thephotosynthetic characteristics of muskmelon; and the VC content and soluble protein of eachprocessed muskmelon is higher than the contrast (CK), among them, the diluted200times issignificantly higher than the other processing of; The second is the diluted400times; the calculation result shows that only the sugar acid ratio of the diluted600times was higher thanCK, results from other processing were lower than CK, the second is the diluted800times.2. Considering the effect on soil effective Fe, soil effective Mn, soil effective Cu and soileffective Zn of pyroligneous, Pyroligneous of diluted400times for irrigation root can wellimprove the effectiveness of trace elements of soil of watermelon farmland, pyroligneousdiluted200times concentration of melon farmland is to improve the effectiveness of traceelements of the best.Soil effective Fe content of the processed soil are rising, the largest is the pyroligneousdiluted400times, and the effective Mn increment after the pyroligneous diluted400times issignificantly higher than that from other processing; In addition to the diluted200times, otherprocessing increased the soil effective Cu content, the largest increasing is from the diluted800times, its incremental increased by72.73%compared with CK, the second is the diluted400times.The diluted200times takes effective for Fe increment of melon farmland and issignificantly different compared with processing of others, the second is the diluted400times;Each processing even increases the effective Mn content, the diluted200times from is themost increment, increased by109.16%compared with the CK increment. The second is thediluted600times; for the effective Cu content increment of the processing, what from thediluted600times is nearly the same compared with CK that the increasing is positive. Therest of the processing were showing negative growth, for the effective Zn content ofincrement, only the diluted400times is positive, other processing it is negative.
