The experimental study on the compound of wood vinegar liquid and microelement Mn and B spraying on the photosynthesis characteristic and the influence of the production quality,provide a reference for peanut high-yield cultivation.In this paper,the cultivar "Nongda 3"was tested.The experiment was conducted in the back field,Shenyang Agricultural University.Different concentrations of wood vinegar liquid mixed with microelement Mn and B on indexes of agronomic characters,photosynthetic parameters,fluorescence is discussed,and peanut yield,seed kernel,fat,protein,unsaturated fatty acid component in the O/L ratio,etc.,the main results were as follows:1.The compound treatment of 500 times of wood vinegar and trace elements could decrease the plant height,increase the number of branches,and increase the biomass,which is good for plant morphology and material basis for the transformation from vegetative growth to reproductive growth,100 pod weight and 100 kernel on treatments of V750 and V500 increase significantly(p<0.05).The number per plant is better in the treatment of V750-Mn-B,V500-B and V500-Mn-B,and In addition to the treatment of V0-B,the kernel rate is increased.The yield of single plant is significantly increased in treatments V750 and V500(p<0.05).2.From the perspective of photosynthesis,500 times of wood vinegar and trace elements in the compound treatment significantly increased chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration,and finally increase the net photosynthetic rate;? PS ?increase slightly in treatment of V750 and V500(p<0.05).Add elements Mn,B play a positive role in promoting.V500-Mn-B is the best.? PS II decrease in V250,There is no significant difference in Fv/Fm value between seedling stage and flowering stage.The pod stage,Fv/Fm decreases in V250,the high concentration of wood vinegar produced stress effects on plant.3.Three kinds of results are obtained by cluster analysis,The first class contains a set of processing,the second category contains 7 groups of treatment,the third category contains the treatment of the 8 groups.The first type of treatment for the best yield effect,is the treatment of 12,followed by the second category,for the treatments of 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,the lowest yield for the third category,including the treatments of 1,2,3,4,13,14,16.The effect of compound treatment is better than that of spraying trace elements alone and spraying wood vinegar alone.Mn and B have a positive effect on peanut yield.The factors affecting the yield of peanut are weight Pod weight and 100 kernel weight,Pod No,100 seed weight,kemel rate,branch number,biomass,plant height.4.Compared with CK,there is no obvious effect on peanut fat content and linoleic acid(p>0.05),the effect of compound of wood vinegar and trace element Mn can increase the protein content of peanut seeds.The results show that the treatments of V500-Mn,V250-B and V250-Mn-B have a significant effect on the treatment of peanut oil.For O/L value,V250,Mn and B increase the O/L value of peanut,which is beneficial to the storage of peanut.
