Insect pest control work is an important part of the orchard management, there is a lowspraying efficiency, high labor intensity, droplet drift of pesticides and environmentalpollution problems conventional application techniques. The orchard breeze spraying fruittrees spraying machine can not meet the operating needs of the design, this paper designs awind deflector, which can be rotated to adjust the box to send the wind orchard sprayingmachine. Through finite element analysis and structural optimization, improved equipmentperformance and reliability of operations; research and prototype testing, parametric designsystem breeze. In this paper, the completion of the work and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to requirements analysis, we presented spraying machine design.Through a multi-program comparison, taking into account the trend that the future orchardswill increase spacing, narrow spacing, we determine the wind sent orchard spraying machinedesign is the combination of high-pressure liquid atomization and breeze to improve thequality of liquid atomization and transport distance; changing the box into a pair of bellowsaxial rotation angle adjustable wind deflector box, which has increased spraying machine fordifferent spacing and different fruit trees height adaptability.(2) On the basis of mechanical design, using Pro/E software to makethree-dimensional modeling of components of wind sent orchard spraying machine, andthree-dimensional virtual model assembly, assemblability of the product has been tested.(3)Use the ANSYS software to make modal analysis for the fan shaft sprayingmachine, and simplify the bearing support into the form of a spring, calculate the fundamentalnatural frequency at different spring rates, and access modes diagram shows the basic resultsof the natural frequencies increases with the increase of spring stiffness, the spring stiffness is3.96104N/mm when the corresponding critical speed is54015.6r/min, much higher than themaximum operating speed1636r/min to meet the design requirements.(4)According spraying machine design drawings completed orchard spraying machineto send the wind generation prototype production, conducted a field performance test,according to the test results on the transmission scheme spraying machine performance anddiversion through fixation bellows optimized, compared with the previous optimization,spraying machine reduce power consumption by8%, the length dimension is reduced by32.6%, Obstacle capacity has increased by42.9%, the angle of rotation diversion bellows can be adjusted more precisely. Completion of the second-generation prototype sprayingmachine made according to drawings optimized, and do research on it. Second-generationprototype of spraying machines were studied, the results indicate that the wind deflector intothe box and plumb lines are under0o,15oand30o, the appropriate amount of pesticidespraying deposition height are0.7m-2.5m,1.3m-2.9m and1.5m-3.5m respectively, whichindicates that it can achieve different pesticide spray height requirements by adjusting theposition of the diversion of the bellows.(5)Using the C++language to do secondary development for three-dimensional CADsoftware and Pro/E, completed the design parameters of wind sent orchard spraying machineair delivery system, which can automatically generate3D graphics and generatetwo-dimensional engineering drawings and other functions.
