China apple production and consumption is the largest in the world, but by our country orchard scale, characteristics, planting way and so on, orchard management operations almost rely on artificial to complete, low production efficiency, high labor intensity, waste of resources, environmental pollution. Along with our country apple planting patterns of change, some new apple orchard with dwarf rootstock of compact planting mode, and the traditional Joe anvil close planting apple orchard thinning is modified, the orchard mechanization exercise provides conditions.Spraying is the important technical measure in the management of fruit trees, spray directly affect the fruit tree growth, yield, fruit quality, economic benefits and living environment. In this paper the status and needs of modern orchard sprayer, spray machine at home and abroad through the investigation and analysis of the present situation, combined with the gardening techniques, studies have been designed specifically for orchard sprayer. And carries on the outdoor and indoor experiment, the analysis of the experimental results, the conclusion. The main work includes:1.According to fruit trunk height, distribution and orchard spray horticultural requirements, determine the spray machine design parameters, analyzes the working principle of the spray machine. Using AIP software to create the spray machine overall structure of 3D parametric feature model, the orchard sprayer parts3D design, and assembly, complete assembly. Through the analysis of kinematics and dynamics, determines the speed, productivity, total power consumption and other parameters. And the unit balance, through carries on the analysis.2.In determining the basic parameters of spray machine on the basis of the spray machine, indoor spray experiment, including the flow, spray distribution, spray angle, droplet diameter. And the key of droplet size and spray distribution were analyzed and calculated, through the calculation of reasonable arrangement of spray nozzle number and position, the spray head position is reasonable.3.Spray machine outdoor experiments, including spray, penetrating ( in tree branches with different measurement area for liquid ), different location of wind pressure. Through related data measurement and calculation, spraying machine with NY / T992-2006operation quality standard, meet the requirements of gardening, can bring obvious economic benefit and social benefit.
