| Anthocyanin is a kind of water soluble natural pigment in nature. In modern people’slife is more and more widely used. The aim of this paper is to study the relationship ofcultivation measures between theAnthocyanin content,yield and quality, understand the effectof technical measures on anthocyanin regulation, and also provide evidences foranthocyanin-improving cultivation and breeding in potatoes.In this paper, the anthocyanin accumulation character is analyzed by orthogonaldesigned with four factors and three levels (fertilizer:100,140,180kg/667m2; density:5050,5555,6173plants/667m2; coverage: no cover, plastic film mulching, doublecoverage; varieties:’Atlantic’,‘Ziyang’ and ’Hongyun’), in different parts of potatoes atdifferent developmental stages, the quality, photosynthesis character and yield of potatoesare analyzed. The main results are as following:1. The anthocyanin content in stolon of ’Atlantic’ from tuber formation stage to tuberharvest stage was decreased, and the anthocyanin almost was not contained during tubermaturation stage. The ‘Ziyang’ and the ’Hongyun’ have higher anthocyanin, and the‘Ziyang’ has highest content of anthocyanin. The highest content of anthocyanin withcultivation measures was No.8: F3(180kg/667m2) D2(5555strains/667m2) C1(notcovered). The results showed that the higher fertilization application, the higher theanthocyanin content in potatoes. Besides, there was a positive curve correlation betweendensity level and content of anthocyanin in potatoes, the cultivation measure of nomulching was most suitable for the anthocyanin accumulation in potatoes.2. The relationship between the content of protein, soluble sugar and fertilizer level inpotatoes was positively curve correlated. There were a linear correlation between starchcontent and fertilizer level, and a negative linear correlation between vitamin C content andfertilizer level. The relationship between density level and protein, soluble sugar, vitamin Ccontent indicated a reverse correlation, but positive correlation with starch content. Doublecoverage was suitable for the protein accumulation in potato tubers, plastic film mulchinghave stimulative effect on the accumulation of soluble sugar and starch, but no coveragewas the best way for vitamin C accumulation in the tuber. The content of protein in’Atlantic’ was the highest. The ‘Ziyang’ has highest content of both soluble sugar andstarch. The ’Hongyun’ has highest content in the vitamin C.3. The relationship between the potato photosynthetic characteristics and fertilizerlevel, density levels presented positively correlation. The double covering was helpful toimprove the potato net photosynthetic rate. The ‘Ziyang’has best photosynthetic index.4. Potato yield and commodity tuber yield were increased with the rise of fertilizationlevel, and the relationship between fertilizer application and commodity potato rate showed curve correlation. There was curve correlation among density level, potato yield,commodity tuber yield and commodity potato rate. Double film mulching was suitable forthe potato yield, but no coverage was helpful for improving the commodity potato rate.The ‘Ziyang’ has highest the tuber yield, commodity tuber yield and commodity potatorate. |
