| In this study, the2012spring planting nursery based in Gongyi, Henan,three balls sycamore from Zibo Shangdong Provinceã€a ball sycamore from SongjiangShanghai Provinceã€two balls sycamore from Gongyi Henan Province seedlings asmaterials,changes of artificial NaCl stress process of physiological and biochemicalindexes and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured, and the saltresistance strength is analyzed and compared. The results are as follows:(1) With the increase of NaCl concentration, three sycamores seedling leafMDA content in the gradually rising trend on the whole.In T3, the third ballssycamore increase most obvious, significantly higher than two balls sycamore and aball sycamore, and there is a significant difference between a ball sycamore. Freeproline with the increase of NaCl concentration increases after the first downwardtrend,in T2,the content of each treatment proline peaked,but the magnitude of theincrease between the treatment is not the same,a ball> two Balls> three balls,showa ball sycamores produce more osmotic regulation substances to resist salt damage,have stronger resistance to salt, and a ball sycamore exist significant differencebetween the three balls sycamore. SOD increases with the increase of NaClconcentration, there is a downward trend in late, but the decline is not obvious,significant difference in T3. POD, CAT in the whole process of NaCl stress presentsfirst the unimodal lowered after the change trend, significant differences in T2,change in three goals is greater than two balls sycamore and a ball sycamore, threeballs sycamore salt resistance is weakest, two balls sycamore, followed by a ballsycamore strongest.(2) With the increase of NaCl stress prolonged and NaCl concentration,Fo,qNincreases,Fm,Fv,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,qP has obvious decline. And at the beginningof the test in the first week of each processing basic remained steady state,during thesecond week of each index change, but change is not significant, indicating NaClstress on PSâ…¡ reaction center has certain inhibition. During the third week, eachdealing with significant change, the change of three balls sycamore amplitude is much greater than two balls sycamore and a ball sycamore, showed weak saltresistance. During the fourth week, PSâ…¡ reaction center suffered serious damage,each indicator has been a significant change, but the magnitude of change is threeballs> two Balls> a ball, indicating at the same NaCl stress conditions, three ballssycamore damaged seriously, salt resistance is weakest, followed by two ballssycamore, a ball sycamore strongest. |
