Allium Mongolicum Regel is one of sandy vegetables,it has edible a nd medicinal functions, has a certain salt resistance, and is a high quality Germplasm resource. The changes of plant biomass, root morphology, antio xidant system, osmotic regulation, inorganic ions and soil enzymes aroun d the rhizosphere of Allium Mongolicum Regel seedlings were detected, under NaCl stress(0(??,CK),25,50,75,100,150 mmol·L-1)for 15 days were studied by potted method.lt can provide a reference for i mproving the cultivation production capacity of Allium Mongolicum Reg el on saline alkali land. The results of this study are as follows:1.With the increase of NaCl stress, the root length, volume, and surface area of Allium Mongolicum Regel increased firstly and then decreased, and were highest at 50mmol·L-1.Root activity, dry and fresh weight of root and leaf gradually decreased,it showed that high salt stress destroyed the absorptive ability of root.2.The activity of SOD,POD,APX activity, and O2-production rate of root and leaf were all increased firstly and then decreased. It was promoted at 25?50 mmol·L-1,and inhibited at 75?100?150 mmol·L-1.CAT activity and MDA content increased gradually. The contents of SS,Pro and FAA in roots and leaves gradually increased.Pro content of leaves was higher than that of roots and the contents of SS and FAA in roots was higher than that of leaves, and all of them increased in different degrees.Allium Mongolicum Regel root showed better salt tolerance.3.With the increase of NaCl stress, the contents of Na+?K+of roots and leaves of Allium Mongolicum Regel increased, the contents of root K+was greater than leaves, and the contents of leaves Na+was higher than roots; The contents of Mg2+?Ca2+ of roots and leaves decreased gradually, and the contents of leaves were higher than those in roots, but the increase of Na+.Mg2+?Ca2+ in leaves were greater than those in roots, which showed a better selective absorption.Soil urease activity did not change significantly, soil alkaline phosphatase activity decreased significantly(P<0.05)under 100,150mmol·L-1 and soil pH increased and significantly higher than the control.
