in order to discuss the cultivating technology of paulownia high quality, theanalysis of genetic diversities between different families and clones have beenstudied, and the influence of the burying and glasshouse (above18℃,24h daylight.)protection on the survival of terminal buds and the upward growth rhythm afterstem-join have also been studied. And we have also analyzed the influence on thelateral branches number of paulownia trunk quality and growth. The results are asfollows:1) The Upward growth and basal diameter growth to stop are almost at the sametimebetween different families and clones. It is mid-to-end of September and October. The genetic diversities are different between different clones, it can’t change thecharacter of the terminal budsof paulownia to die.2) Before the height growth stopped in Autumn, the terminal bud of paulownia didn’tdie and continued growing in glasshouse(above18℃,24h day length). It was movedout from the glasshouse in mid-May next year. In the open air the height growthcontinued until10-20for the reason of lower temperature and the terminal bud died. This method is not appropriate to generalize for that the terminal bud may die the nextyear and the economic costs too high.3)Buried seeding can realize some terminal buds alive in fall. The burying time ofthe survival is not the same in2010-2012,so it is hard to make sure a set time tobury. The survived terminal buds lost its apical dominance. Its growth velocity wasslower than the lateral buds. And it may die the next year. What is more, the burying wastes much time and energy. So it is not appropriate to generalize. 4)The significant negative correlation between lateral branches in trunk and theheight of stem-join、stem form rate、volume of stem-join;The height in stem-join、diameter of stem-join、rate of stem,with0branch was the highest, main lateral branchnumber can improve the accumulation of the trunk volume, the dry volume decreasesgradually.5)The stem-join without lateral branches and stem-join with2lateral branches, the height of stem-join in the first year、the trunk diameter of stem-join、 the basediameter of stem-join、the rate of stem showed extremely significant difference, thebest effect isthe stem-join without lateral branches. Significant differences at basediameter and diameter in second stem-join,the lowest as T1, T3and T4are about atthe same level, the highest is T4. trunk volume can be increased by adding lateralbranches. The twice stem-join showed extremely significant differences, the highestof stem form rate is T1,0.98;the lowest are T2and T4,are0.92and0.90; Thegrowth of height, basal diameter, diameter as T1,increased23.5%,10.7%,23.8%,after truncated trunk2--year-old Paulownia in spring,Practical guidance of truncatedtrunk2--year-old Paulownia in spring to senior cadres timber cultivation.the one-timestem-join didn’t show significant differences. The rate of stem at1st tends to improvewith volume growth in the latter periods. The second rate of stem showed extremelysignificant difference, the difference of the diameter was not significant, the height andthe total volume was not significant as four treatments, the best of the total volume isT4. The training of high quality stem in Paulownia, through two years of continuedaccess to different treatment of stem-join,the best handle is T4. Therefore, for thepurpose of short-term gains to keep two pairs each successive collateral2a (T4) toimprove the trunk height, volume accumulation for the best. High long-term gains andtrunk straightness for the purpose should be continuous full-2a Maya Stem (T1), aswell as students Paulownia stumping2a can be regarded as a good way to pick a drytimber cultivation of senior cadres.
