C. tinctorius L. is famous specialty in henan province and has a long historywith its "good quantity and high quality, long stamen red color, hand grasp oil moisten, clutchdon’t fold" characteristic, second only to "Crocus sativus" and well-known throughout the countryand enjoy high reputation in the international market.Under the different growth density C. tinctorius L has differene change of the agronomiccharacters and yield and quality. This study find that when at planting density35cm×15cm theyield and quality are better than other two density. The agronomic characters and yield have correlation index. The experimental analysis showsthat effective number of fruits and average grain number influence the C. tinctorius production of.So we can improve effective number of fruits and average grain number to enhance production. The agronomic characters and flavone also have correlation index, but have little correlation withHYSA.The effective element in difference in Different harvesting time in the day. By comparingfind that the content of HYSA get hightest at6:00-8:00time, but lowest at17:00-19:00time.Thecontent of flavone get hightest at15:00-17:00time, but lowest at6:00-8:00time.HYSA content is highest in the blooming stage, but lowest in the defeating stage. Flavonecontent is highest in the beginning stage, but lowest in the defeating stage. HYSA contentincreasing with the opening up of the flowers in full bloom achieve the highest and come downwith the flower gradually decline. Flavone content is the highest in beginning stage and graduallyshowing a downward trend with the opening up of the flower. In the shade or40℃drying HYSA content were higher than other drying methods. Driing orhigh temperature HYSA content dropped significantly. Flavone content gets the highest drying inthe shade and remaining the same content in the low drying temperature, and its content reache thelowest when dried or high drying temperature.
