| This thesis is based on the study of dwarf dense planting jujube in sand field experiment.design five irrigation fertilization treatment, study on seasonal dynamic of jujube leafnutrients and Ecological stoichiometry under the integration of water and fertilizer, as well aswater and fertilizer combined regulation impact on the yield and quality of jujube on theLoess Plate, sampling and analysis jujube leaf N, P, K, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn element content,quality, yield and N, P, N: P three correlation analysis, the conclusions show that:(1) water and fertilizer combined significantly increased theN, P, K content of jujube leaf,compared with the control treatment (CK).where N content gradually showing a downwardtrend, P content showed the trend it is similar to N trend before August11, and more obviousrebound after August11. K content in contrast to the N, P on the dynamic change of season,showed a trend of rising wave. Liquid fertilizeris the most significant role to improve N, Pcontent of jujube leaf from June6to June21period. solid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer in Juneand September play a larger role to promote Nã€Pcontent ofleaf, no significant role in July andAugust.Integration of solid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer in June and September of leaf N, Pcontent greater role in promoting, in July and August had no significant effect. Insteadintegrated solid fertilizer in July and August can significantly improve the K element contentof the jujube leaf.(2) Fe, Cu element content of jujube leaf have a similar dynamic trend, showing a risingtrend overall. Water and fertilizer combined treatment at different times can significantlyimprove the Feã€Mncontent. integration of liquid manure fertilizer effect the most significant,followed by the integration of solid manure fertilizer, and Cu, Zn elements in the overalldownward trend, and the content of Cu, zinc element general decline.Different treatments atdifferent stages are quite different impact on the Cu content of jujube leaves. Cu content inleaves of different irrigation and fertilization treatment were significantly higher compared toCK before August11, especially solid manure and NPK treatment is most obvious, but thedifference was not significant after August11. liquid and NPK fertilizertreatment can significantly improve the zinc contentbefore August11, it also not significant difference afterAugust11.(3) N, P values of different irrigation fertilization into dynamic changes with the seasonvariety, in early June and September N:P value is lower, N:P value of middle five period of ishigher. the integration of water and fertilizer can obviously increase the N:P values of jujubeleaf, the most significant role is NPK treatment, followed by solid and liquid fertilizer. thecontent of Nã€P of Solid fertilizer, drip irrigation, CK treatment is Positive correlation, thesize order for the three correlation is that solid fertilizer>drip irrigation>CK. NPK, dripirrigation, CK treatment of N and N: P into positive correlation, the size order for this threecorrelation is NPK> drip irrigation> CK> liquid fertilizer. Solid fertilizer, liquid fertilizer,NPK treatment of P and N: P into negative correlation, t the size order for this threecorrelation is solid fertilizer> NPK> liquid fertilizer.(4)Water and fertilizer combined can improve the sand jujube water content, total sugar,reducing sugar, total flavonoids, Vc content of quality, at the same time effectively reduce thedegree of jujube fruit acid. The liquid fertilizer processing to enhance the quality of jujubefruit best.integration of water and fertilizercan obviously increase the weight than othertreatment, but jujube fruit production of the NPK treatment is the highest, the second is theintegration of water and fertilizer treatment. |
