In northwest, under summer sowing, used the backbone hybrid Shenbao No.3by settingthe different density and fertilization, at the same time refer to the result of nationalexperimental of popcorn in northwest in2013, we has designed two years’ field experimentsto determine the effects and correlation analysis of yield, plant morphology, physiologicalcharacteristics and quality traits. In order to study the potential of backbone hybrid undersummer sowing in Northwest and explore the best cultivation measures, which has importanttheoretical and practical significance on expanding multiple cropping index and broaden theway of farmers’ income. Through the test the following important conclusions:(1) In northwest, yield of Shenbao NO.3showed good stability in different years.According to the yield, we argue that the suitble density in northwest is82500plants/ha andthe fertilization is216kg/ha, in which yield up to3930.23kg/ha.(2) Fertilization can obviously increase the popping multiple, density is not good forimprove the nutritional quality.Under the condition of summer sowing,the largest popping multiple25.0of ShenbaoNO.3appears at the N4treatment(432kg/ha). Density had no significant effect on poppingquality. With the density increasing, starch content is up, protein, fat and lysine contentdeclined slightly.(3)Density and fertilization effect yield components by adjusting the plants morphologyand physiological characteristics, ultimately affect the yield and quality.Reasonable density and fertilization can effectively adjust the LOV, significantly prolongthe time of high LAI stage and reduce the speed of chlorophyll falling, make plants capturemore light. At the same time, increase harvesting ears per unit area and keep high productivityper plant by stabilizing the grain weight and grain number, ensure the yield and quality.In conclusion, as to popcorn, its small plant and shorter growth period than averagesummer corn and etc can make good use of sunlight and water resources, keep stableproduction, so it is important to rise up the multiple crop area and multiple crop index innorthwest guanzhong region. |
