Land resources are the basis of the development of economy and society.With the rapid development of society and economy,Haidong City where production and living space are concentrated in the town which around the Hehuang Valley and low mountain areas,it gradually appeared land contradictions.As the land use rate is close to saturation,the relationship between urban development land and cultivated land is becoming increasingly prominent,Old and new problems together,the formation of land use optimization configuration dilemma,all of these problems has a serious impact for the city's political stability,social progress,and economic development.In the various types of land use in Haidong City,the status of cultivated land is very important.the data show that Haidong City ' s average annual growth rate of agricultural output growth rate remained at an average of 10.9%,of which the total agricultural production accounted for 53.72% in recent years.the implementation of the "vegetable basket" project in Qinghai Province,only a vegetable accounted for half of the total,at the same time,Haidong City is the provincial key planting demonstration area,is its main source of income.In recent years,with the support of national policies,Haidong City hard transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,in the process of transformation also appeared in many land conflicts.So,to explore the importance of the cultivated land resources,scientific management and rational utilization of local also is particularly important.Due to the unique geographical and climatic advantages of Haidong City,the importance of climate for cultivated land use is manifested by the supply and restriction of photosynthesis of light,heat and water.Therefore,this paper will study the perspective of climate and production potential based on the optimization of the use of arable land in Haidong City,the main line of this paper is to analyze the important indexes of photosynthesis,light and temperature,climate and water in the region with natural,economic and social conditions,and systematically comprehensively study the classification and distribution of climate potential in the region,at the same time,generalize the utilization situation of cultivated land in Haidong City,using the comprehensive advantage index method to select the actual production of representative crops,analysis of the distribution of land in each district,the value obtained is compared with the calculated value of climate production potential,in the end,the path of optimal utilization of cultivated land is obtained.To find a coordinated approach and optimal allocation in land use and economic development,to ordinate the contradiction between land use and land use,to achieve the balance of supply and demand of land use,for the rational use of land per inch,and constantly improve the ecological environment and industry development to create good policy conditions.The specific structure of this paper is as follows:Introduction part:this paper introduces the research background and research significance and xpounds the current research situation and the technical route adopted at home and abroad,finally,puts forward the research focus,difficulty and innovation of the thesis.In the first chapter,the related concepts and theoretical basis of the paper are put forward and explained.The second chapter describes the basic situation of the study area,one is the natural environment conditions,including geographical location,topography,climate resources,the advantages;the second is the socio-economic condition;the third is the paper analyzes the situation of cultivated land use,including the overall utilization of cultivated land and the main crop land use.At the same time,the comprehensive yield index is used to calculate the actual yield value of the main crop,showing its spatial distribution.In the fourth chapter,the climatic production potential of Haidong City is analyzed and the theoretical value of land production potential is predicted.In the fourth chapter,the actual output calculated by the compared with the climatic production potential analysis results,so as to obtain the existing problems.In the fifth chapter,the path of cultivated land optimization.
