Monogenean is the main group of Trematoda parasitic in fishes. For the surfacemechanical damage of gill and pathogens invading to the host fishes, Monogeneanleads to the deaths of a large number of fish and even causes economic losses.Simultaneously, for the host-specificity and long-lasting coevolution betweenMonogenea-fish association, Monogenea is taken as an ideal experimental materialconcerning to researching of fish disease prevention and control and to understandingthe biological mechanism of coevolution. And it makes much scientific value andpractical significance to develop taxonomic and epidemiological research ofMonogenea-fish association. The present study focused on morphological identification of Monogeneanparasitic in fish that distribute in Jinghong and Erhai Lake of Lancang River. Thestudy was given priority to with morphological taxonomic methods, the diversity ofMonogenea of fish hosts was investigated and demonstrated. Based on fieldinvestigation, slides production and observation of morphological taxonomiccharacteristics, onsidering the host-specificity of Monogenea, he composition and theprevalence ratio were estimated and new taxon including new species, newdistribution of host and new host were recorded. The research results enriched thefauna of Trematoda of China and provided a new research data to the related researchfield.Of260fishes belong to6families (Cyprinidae,Gobridae,Cichlidae, Schilbidae,Channidae and Belontiidae),17genera and19species of dissected fishes,9species ofhost fishes including Danio myersi, Garra mirofrontis, Hemibarbus sp., Tilapiamossambica, Mystacoleucus marginatus, Sikukia gudgeri, Sikukia flavicaudata,Cyprinus carpiochilia and Hemiculter leucisculus were infected with Monogenea.9species of Monogenea were described in the present research, including3newspecies,4species unrecorded and2recorded species. The list of monogeneas anddigeneas as follows: 1.3species of Oligonchoinea Bychowsky Diplozoidae Palombi,1949①Eudiplozoon nipponicum Khotenovsky,1985Host: Cyprinus carpiochilia Wu et al.②Paradiplozoon Yunnanensis sp.nov.Host:Sikukia gudgeri③Paradiplozoon bannaensis sp.nov.Host: Sikukia flavicaudata2.1species of Polyonchoinea By-chowsky,1937, Gyrodactylidea Bychowky,1937and5species of Dactylogyridae Bychowsky,1937①Laminiscus sp.Host:Hemibarbus sp.②Cichlidogyrus hapiochraniiHost:Tilapia mossambica③Dactylogyrus sp.Host:Garra mirofrontis④Sinidactylogyrus sp.Host:Hemiculter leucisculus⑤Dactylogyrus sp.nov.Host:Danio myersi⑥Dactylogyrus sp.Host:Mystacoleucus marginatusBased on ITS-2sequence, the present study aimed at the phylogeny of FamilyDiplzoidae. With11ITS-2sequences,5Genus of Diplozoid aligment analysis, calculating P mode genetic distance between species, constructing phylogenetictrees. The Molecular phylogenetic topology revealed11species of Monogeneanclustered into five, and the morphological classiication of Family Diplozoidae isdivided into5Genra permit conclusions reflect each other. Combined withMorphylogy data and molecular marker, discussion the distinguish of similarspecies.Providing reference data for the further phyogenetic study about Diplozidae.
