The traditional hammer blade crusher generally has a series of problems such as low screening efficiency,low working stability,and poor control of field equipment.After market research,factory visits,and data review,a horizontal hammer blade crusher was designed to address these issues,and its key technologies,such as structural parameter optimization and screening efficiency,were studied.Finally,performance and control As required,the control system of the hammer mill is designed.The main research contents of this article are:(1)The overall design of the hammer mill: According to the application requirements of modern poultry feed manufacturers and the industrial production standards of the hammer mill,determine the design requirements of the hammer mill;carry out the key components of the mill according to the design requirements Design and calculation,virtual assembly and explosion display of the rotor and the whole machine mechanism according to the structural design plan,and finally analyzed the force and motion state of the hammer blades and finite element analysis of the hammer machine mechanism using ANSYS Workbench.(2)Optimal design of the structural parameters of the hammer blade of the hammer mill: Based on the finite element analysis results of the maximum deformation of the hammer blade,a combination of response surface method and genetic algorithm was used to optimize the structural parameters of the hammer blade.First,perform sensitivity analysis tests on the structural parameters of the hammers to determine the actual structural parameters of the hammers.Use the Box-Benhnken test to design the structural parameters of the hammers,construct sample points,and construct the maximum deformation of the hammers and the structural parameters.The response surface model is then used to evaluate the fit and accuracy of the response surface model.The genetic surface algorithm is used to calculate the response surface function of the maximum deformation of the hammer piece,and the minimum deformation of the hammer piece is used as the optimization target.The structural parameters are optimized to obtain The optimal structural parameters of the hammer;finally,the rationality and feasibility of the optimization method were verified by experiments.(3)Research on the screening efficiency of hammer mill: Based on EDEM software,the sieving process of the crushed chamber materials designed by hammer mill is simulated and analyzed.First,a simplified hammer crusher crushing chamber model was established using Solidworks and imported into the EDEM software.The EDEM software was used to study the rotor speed,feed rate,screen shape,screen arrangement,and the interaction between the factors.The impact of the sieving efficiency of the pulverizer,and the simulation results can provide a theoretical reference for the modern hammer blade pulverizer processing.(4)Design of hammer blade crusher control system: Analyzed the functional requirements of hammer blade crusher control system,and determined that the hammer blade crusher control system solution is IPC(Industrial Control Computer)+ PLC system;Siemens S7-200 PLC is used as the hardware.The core control equipment of the production line has completed other hardware selection and I / O port allocation of the control system;based on OPC technology,real-time communication between the industrial computer and S7-200 PLC has been completed,and the monitoring software design of the hammer mill has been completed.
