| The Boom Conversion Sprayer invented by Nanjing Forestry University is a huge machinefor the pests control. It can transform into different shapes according to the shape of the plantswhile working, and it helps to spray more effectively. But, when working in different conditions,the nozzles on the masts will turn on and off with the sensors before them, and it causes theunbalance of the hydraulic pressure in it.This paper is aimed at building a hydraulic pressure balance system of the BoomConversion Sprayer, and it will help to make the pressure out of the nozzles in a stable waywhile the amount of the nozzles opened changes.In order to make that, this paper designed three different stable hydraulic pressure controlsystems, and as for the water control valves, we took the most three suitable ones separately forthe systems, the proportional pressure reducing valve, the proportional spill valve and theproportional control valve. And for the pesticides supply, considering the small amount itneeded, we took the metering pump.Then, to choose the most suitable valve for the sprayer controlling, three hydraulic systemschemes has been designed. And each mathematical model of the schemes was devised orreferred for the analysis with the software Simulink, MATLAB.When got the most suitable valve for the water hydraulic controlling, a single-chipmicrocomputer-based valve control system was designed. It will react quickly to the amount ofthe electric signals from the sensors, and produce the right voltages to control the proportionalvalve, so that, there will be continues stable pressures out of the sprayer.At last, the program was tested to be right, and the simple experiment of the single-chipmicrocomputer controlled system was taken, and the result of the experiment shows that itcould control the proportional valve quickly in a right way. |
