Edible fungus with its high nutritional value and good pharmacological effects, become more and more popular consumer health ingredients.China is a big consumer of edible fungi, is an edible fungus producer, edible mushroom industry has become China’s important industry to create economic benefits for farmers.Edible fungus factory production has become an important mode of mushroom production in china because it is not affected by seasonal and geographical restrictions, and its yield and quality is stable. At present, the application of edible fungus factory environment monitoring system has become to promote the mushroom factory production precision and intelligent development trend. Therefore, accurate and intelligent edible fungus factory production to enhance the edible fungus factory production quality and efficiency has an important role.The system uses ZigBee technology, Socket technology, WebService technology, Android technology to develop and realize. According to the function of the system, the system is divided into three subsystems such as wireless monitoring subsystem, data processing subsystem and data display subsystem. Wireless monitoring subsystem realized to key environmental factors of information collection, wireless transmission and feedback control; data processing subsystem to realize the automatic or manual control of the production environment of single or multiple environmental factors, and through the socket interface, the mobile client of edible fungus factory environment remote control; and the data displaying subsystem provides users with a variety of terminal data show.Through the experiment of the actual operation of the system.The results show that the system is stable and reliable, the edible fungus factory production environment monitoring system can real-time monitoring of food engineering bacteria to produce the most important environmental factors, timely regulation of environmental factors, makes the production environment suitable for the growth of edible fungus.
