Applying humidicool technology, the problems in controlling relative humility under the fruiting environment in industrial production of edible fungus were solved.Firstly, through theoretical analysis, we knew that under the fruiting environment in industrial production of edible fungus humidicool technology is better for stability of controlling relative humility than traditional cooling and humidification technology, the conclusion has been validated by experiments. There factors that affect the stability of relative humility under the fruiting environment in industrial production of edible fungus were summarized:the temperature of tank directly affects the tendency of relative humility; the performance of heat interchanger determines the magnitude of the change of relative humility; the time, amount and frequency of ventilation affects the frequency of stability of relative humility.Secondly, a humidicool house of pleurotus eryngii made up of building enclosure, humidicool system, energy storage system and wireless surveillance system was designed. The wireless surveillance system consists of temperature and humidity sensor,monitor GPRS DTU,remote computer and the parameters of fruiting environment can be monitored and controlled wirelessly.Finally, experimental studies have shown that under humidicool environment, the fluctuation of relative humility can be controlled under 5% when cooling water temperature is 36℃lower than indoor temperature, the fluctuation of indoor temperature is under±1℃, the frequency of ventilation is high, the time and the amount of ventilation is small.In a word, this research gives an optimized solution for the control of relative humility under the fruiting environment in industrial production of edible fungus.
