The study using the cheap and accessible high salt resources seawater to correct Jiaodong region acidic soil, explore the seawater irrigation on soil physical and chemical properties and the influence of soil enzyme activity. And at the same time research seawater irrigation on the influence of wine grape cabernet sauvignon fruit quality, so as to provide theoretical basis for production practice. The experimental results of this study are as follows:1. Seawater irrigation can improve the acidic soil pH, total salt. In pot experiment, as long as you control the number of irrigation(4 times), you will not cause soil salinization phenomenon, and also can improve the soil pH. There is no obvious inhibition for the growth of cabernet sauvignon of the plant if seawater irrigation times is no more than 4times.Although the plant photosynthetic rate decreased, but its leaf PSⅡ the receptor side electron transport, the donor side electron transfer is not damaged, photosynthetic electron transport chain is not damaged, also the stress can be restored.2. Seawater irrigation improves the soil pH value, conductivity value field. The first year had a greater influence on 0-20 cm soil layer, 16.2% higher than 20-40 cm conductivity value, the salt mainly concentrated in 0-20 cm soil layer; Seawater in 0-20 cm, 20-40 cm soil layer pH effects is roughly same, and they were increased by 0.11-0.12 units. When continued to irrigation in 2014, the conductivity value of 20-40 cm is 20.5% higher than that of 0-20 cm soil layer, the soil salt move downward.3. Seawater irrigation significantly decreased the invertase activity of 0-40 cm soil layer, but it increased the catalase activity of 0-40 cm soil layer. Urease activity is improved in0-20 cm soil layer, and lowered in 20-40 cm.Seawater irrigation improve soil exchangeable calcium and magnesium content.4. Seawater irrigation can obviously increase the fruit soluble solids, sugar content, lower titratable acid content, increase the sugar acid ratio. Seawater irrigation can also increase fruit soluble solids and sugar content in the second year but not obvious. There is no significant effect for the fruit color in a row of 2 years seawater irrigation. Two consecutive years seawater irrigation in Shandong agricultural university core demonstration vineyard can improve fruit soluble solids and sugar content, lower titratable acid content, but there is no significant effect, and it is also for fruit color.5. At the beginning of the turn color mature period and seed development-turn color stage irrigation in different period in 2014 on sugar and acid content improved best. In the seed development-turn color stage irrigation on fruit anthocyanin content increased the largest, and it increasd by 49.3%. At the beginning of the turn color mature period irrigation on the Vc content increased the largest, and it increasd by 38.4%. Seawater irrigation reduced the calcium content 1.3%-11.3%, and increased the sodium content 4.2%-7%. And fruits’ nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron content increased. That is to say, seawater irrigation distracting grapes in the whole growth period had the greatest influence in mineral elements raher than focusing on a certain period.
