Putting forward "the Bohai Granary" strategyconcept, mainly aiming at the problem of the poor saline soil and the lack of fresh water resources in the low plains around Bohai area,taking comprehensive measures and technologies with the core of "soil, fertilizer, water,species" to reclamation soil, modifying and utilizing the saline wasteland, enhance the capacity of low-yielding fields.Informationization is the propellant to promote the development of traditional industries, comprehensive application of information technology also has a very important role to enhance the level of macroeconomic policy-making in agriculture, improve the scientific management. Wheat is the main grain crops in "the Bohai Granary" Shandong project area, the growth status in each growth period of wheat are closed with the yield of wheat, and wheat growth process environment is complex and changeable, it is important to make full use of information technologyto monitor, manage and analyze the wheat field environment and wheat growth informationin order to improving the scientific management level of wheat production and increasing food production.This article is based on the demand of the Bohai grain science and technology demonstration project, through making full use of the Internet of Things technology, data analysis and data visualization technology, research and develop the production information management system for wheat.Completed collection and storage of wheat field of environmental information, field management information and wheat growing information,achieved the quantitative analysis of wheat seedlings, wheat field real-time warning, wheat meteorological disaster warning, and other functions,provide information service and technical support for the scientific planting and management of wheat. The concrete research content is as follows:(1) Research on collection and transmission of wheat production informationTo analyze the relationship between wheat growth andfield management measures, the external environment, dynamic changes of soil water and saltand other factors, to determine the amount and type of the key impact factor and the corresponding information collection method of wheat production in the Bohai granary demonstration area.To realize the real-time monitoring, reliable transmission and intelligent information processing of the wheat environmental information with the integrated use of IOT technology, and to complete the networkedsubmission and management of wheat varieties and field management measures,wheat growing and relevant historical data in demonstration area through the data acquisition module of the information management system.(2)Research on wheat production data preprocessing and storage modelIn the process of crop environmental information awareness, it’s hard to avoid the abnormal data or missing data, based on the continuity of time-varying information, to fillthe missing data andcalibrate the abnormal data through the Newton interpolation method, it can ensure the accuracy and timing of the data. And then, to divide the growth stage of wheat,construct thewheat production data storage model, complete the storage of wheat production information.(3) Research on analysis and application of wheat production informationGrowth of the seedlings is an important indicator to responsethe growth of wheat, affect production andfarmland management. To study the calculation method of wheat seedling index can help the user to grasp the wheat growing in a timely manner; through setting the threshold of the wheat growth environment can realize the crop environment real-time early warning, help farmers timely manage wheat field, promote the growth of wheat.Combined with real-time data and historical data, researching the early warning mechanism of the wheat field meteorological disaster, to realize automatic early warning of meteorological disaster and provide scientific field management services.(4) Research on visualization technology of wheat production informationWhile the traditional data list can show a lot of wheat production information to user, but it does not help users understand and analyze data. Using data visualization technology, wheat production information can be displayed in graphical images to the users, it can show the trend of each index in a dynamic way, effectively convey the meaning of information to users,help users analyze the intrinsic relationship between the various data.(5) Research and develop the production information management system for wheatAccording to characteristics of different growth stage of wheat, establishingthe information management model of wheat production,realizing production information management from sowing, jointing, flowering to maturity. Using the data visualization technology, to research and development the friendly man-machine interface and remote release, query and interactive system, integrated acquisition, analysis and early warning function modules, research and develop the information management servicesystem which meet the demand of the bohai sea granary wheat productionprecision management.
