Wheat is an important part of China's grain production system. Although wheat production in China has realized the ten years of continuous growth, "the continuous increase in grain production, the longer may be as close to production inflection point" is risk always exists. Bohai sea low plain area contains more than 40 million mu, ten thousand mu of the middle-and-low-yielding fields and more than ten thousand, ten thousand mu of saline land, has a huge potential for grain production areas, but it has such problems as lack of fresh water resources, soil barren salt. Li zhensheng academician puts forward the strategy of "Bohai Granary" idea to solve these problems, integrated by "soil, fertilizer, water" as the core of improved technology and stimulation, transforming saline land and increase production of the middle-and-low-yielding fields. Informationization is the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture on the driving force, is an important means of "Bohai Granary" strategy implementation. Using informatization technology to master in time the wheat production environment changes, strengthen wheat growth diagnosis and prediction of climate disasters, according to adjust the wheat production management plan, to improve the scientific management level and increase production of wheat production has important significance.On the basis of the early stage of the project team IoT research and related research at home and abroad, combining the actual demand of the Bohai granary demonstrative project of science and technology, the wheat growth diagnosis method, the frost damage diagnosis method, the drought damage diagnosis method and the data of wheat production information management method are studied, and "Bohai granary" wheat production service system is developed through the use of Internet of things of agriculture, the BP neural network and Java EE theory and technology. This system has realized the catcher in the environment of structured data management, the wheat growth diagnosis and prediction of meteorological disasters, personalized push service information, and other functions, is applied to Bohai granary in Shandong typical plots in the project of wheat production management and decision making process, effectively guided the project area of wheat production. The concrete research content is as follows:(1) Research on forecasting model in the type of wheat dry-hot windAccording to the years of meteorological data and Internet of real-time data researched meteorological disaster forecasting early warning model through application of BP neural network, realized the wheat dry-hot wind in model prediction; Model using the method of principal component analysis data dimension reduction processing on the sample set, to extract the main influencing factor, and choose a momentum of learning algorithm of gradient descent method as a model, make the best model accuracy, the experiment proved that prediction model is relatively accurate prediction in dry-hot wind model.(2) Research on wheat growth, cold and drought damage diagnosis methodsBy determining the index weight of wheat growth characteristic parameters, depending on the type wheat growth reference standard, established wheat growth diagnosis method of wheat in different growth period's type, realized the wheat growth scientific diagnosis. Diagnostic reference standard depending on the type of cold and drought damage in wheat, on the basis of IoT equipment acquisition environment data, cold and drought damage types in wheat. Thus pushing early warning and forecast information for the user.(3) Research on wheat production information data management methodDistributed hierarchical management methods, this paper have studied the data management method from the data access, data filtering, data stored to the data released according to data distribution model, defined the unified data structure and agricultural dimensional dictionary, established data management framework, implemented "Bohai Granary" wheat production data standardization management, provided reliable data's supporting for the wheat growth diagnosis, meteorological disaster prediction and the upper application.(4) Design and implementation of "Bohai granary" wheat production service systemAccording to the functional requirements of system analysis, combined with the research of the wheat growth diagnostic method and disaster prediction model, on the basis of the theory of software engineering, the paper have completed the service system profile design, detailed design and database design, the use of the Internet of things technology, SSH(Struts + Spring + Hibernate) framework for integrating development, jQuery desk, "Bohai Granary" wheat production information service system is established, implemented data acquisition, transmission, processing, service integration of intelligent processing mode.
