Qinghai Province as the country’s eco-geographical barrier, its forest ecosystems play a very important role. Soils forest growth conditions on the health of vegetation plays a particularly prominent role. In this paper, field investigation and laboratory analysis, to study the effective state of Cu,distribution of loess soil hilly region of iron, manganese, zinc, boron, and the effect of growth conditions effective microelements on vegetation, the main conclusions made as follows:(1) The distribution of the micronutrient of the sectional forest soil in Qinghai Province is more evenly, but the distribution of the level content is large differences, the main reason by the soil parent materials and the soil formation processes. The different types of forest can change the content of the micronutrient by biological cycle.(2)Overall the forest soil of Qinghai province be better; But a general lack of the available Mn, we can supply the right amount the micronutrient fertilizer of available Mn in the reforestation and inspection work in the future, in order to improve the content of the available Mn in soli; The best level of the micronutrient in Haibei area in all areas of Qinghai province, but the worst of Huangnan area, the other is better.(3) The analysis of impact factor about the micronutrient, the contents are significantly in different p H, organic, constants nutrient, moisture, porosity and the soil type, p H not only affects the conversion of micronutrient, but also the enzyme activity of plant. Almost all of the impacting factors are varying degrees of impact to the content of micronutrient.(4) Overall, the mixed forest growth condition is better than the pure forest. The content changed greatly under the different forest types, where the content of available Mn, available Fe, available Zn, available B is the largest under the Conifer-Broadleaved forest. The content of available Cu, available Fe, available Mn is the least under the Shrubbery, the content of available Fe, available Zn isthe least under the Broad- Leaved forest. In addition to the low levels of original content, possible causes with the absorbent related of the plants.
