Haloxylon ammodendron is an important desert shurb with excellent drought resistance.In recent years, Artificial seedling has made certain progress, but under the influence of seedling drought, cause the seedling survival rate is not high. With Na+of this study is to improve the theoretical basis of desert plant drought resistance, using randomized block design of experiment, studied the liangzhou district sodium compound fertilizer influence of h. ammodendron seedlings. The main results were as follows:1、Sodium compound fertilizer can improve the resistance of h. ammodendron seedling, promote seedling growthThe preliminary research results, the application of h. ammodendron seedling sodium compound fertilizer, in different areas of seedling results show the parasitization plant height, branch number, layer number, main stem diameter and crown breadth and contrast compared with (NH4) 2 hpo4 fertilizer were significantly increased. In seedling stage, ammodendron seedlings under drought stress, the influence of sodium compound fertilizer application can promote the growth of h. ammodendron.2、Different cultivation area of h. ammodendron seedling greatly influencedPreliminary results of this study showed that under the condition of the same fertilization, sand village h. ammodendron seedling test in the morpHological indexes were higher than look the indexes of h. ammodendron seedling test, this is mainly due to the seedling plants are greatly influenced by the environmental factors and moisture, sand in the village is more suitable for ecological conditions of h. ammodendron seedling. Specific what factors play a leading role has yet to be further studied.3、Na, K content in compound fertilizer can significantly increase h. ammodendronAnd contrast and (NH4) 2HPO4 fertilizer processing compared with sodium compound fertilizer significantly increased the content of haloxylon ammodendron Na, compared with the single processing of pHospHorus diamine, sodium compound cultivation of h. ammodendron accumulation of aerial part Na increased by 24.30%, and the root of the accumulation of Na increased by 3.85%; Shi sodium compound fertilizer treatment reduced the ground part of K absorption, pHospHate diammonium can increase the parasitization on the absorption of K, K content in different fertilization treatment root difference was not significant. At the same time, also found that different fertilizer treatments soil nitrogen content, available potassium content, sodium content, soil PH value and no significant difference of effective pHospHorus content, pHospHorus diamine and sodium compound fertilizer NPK significantly increased the content of organic matter in soil.
