Xiangshan Smart Agriculture Multiple Service Platform based on Xiangshan Agriculture management informationization status, combines technologies like Internet of Things, GIS and so on. It provides different kind of Agriculture Service and raises Xiangshan County’s management informationization to a higher level. This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of Xiangshan Smart Agriculture Multiple Service Platform.Xiangshan Smart Agriculture Multiple Service Platform monitors the process of agricultural production. The platform collects and analyzes the agricultural production data, provides multi-service such as information publishing, epidemic warning, expert remote consultation, video monitoring, etc. The platform uses the technology of the Internet of Things in agriculture collecting the production data and using the technology of Web Service to fetch meteorological and hydraulic data, provides expert consultancy services to farmers, and shows the status of the agricultural production on GIS map. In the process of construction, this paper defines the project scope, determines function and performance of the system, and determines the realization method from the viewpoint of technology. At the end of paper, it designs test cases, summarizes test situation, analyzes of the test results and the test quality analysis.This project uses open, standard and mature information technology, applies information technology to agricultural production. Using multi-tier architecture, the whole system architecture maintains stability with sufficient scalability to meet the development of changes. By the application of integrated product and technology in line with industry standards, the project establishes effective integrated application platform. The project integrates agricultural production technology with the Internet of Things, makes a useful exploration and practice in the integration of information resources to promote the development of agricultural productivity.
