Acacia cincinnata is one of the most fast-growing evergreen tree species in Southern China, The light mediums of container seedling planting on has important implications for the expansion of its growing range. We make use of simplex centroid mixture design. Four kinds of major mediums (peat soil, pearlite, sawdust and corn shell) were selected to consist of fourteen kinds of various mediums and two contrast were taken, too. Through the multiple comparisons, correlation analysis and principal component analysis which suited the volume of Acacia cincinnata container seedling matrix formula, provide the basis for planting Acacia provide the basis for promotion. The main results are as follows:1.The physical and chemical properties of different mediums were all in rational range to meet the demand for Acacia cincinnata growing with bulk density being among the range 0.23-0.38 g · m-3 were less than two comparisons (CK10.85 g · m-3,CK20.47 g · m-3); total porosity 23.66%-77.46%, of which the K3 (20% peat+80% sawdust); K13 (46% peat+27% sawdust+27% corn shell) total porosity was less than two comparisons; pH 5.29-6.28, of which the K8 (20% peat+40% perlite+40% sawdust), K13 (46% peat+27% sawdust+27% corn shell) of the pH less than 5.5; EC of 0.47-1.03 mS · cm-1; available nitrogen 1.04-3.34 g · kg-1; available potassium 0.27-1.44 g·kg-1; available phosphorus 0.08-1.14 g·kg-1. Comprehensive conclusion: Kl (100% peat soil), K6 (60% peat+40% sawdust) matrix formula of good physical and chemical properties.2. Determination of height and diameter of Acacia cincinnata seedling growth period in different substrates. The results show that K1(100% peat soil), K6 (60% peat+ 40% sawdust), K11 (46% peat+27% perlite+27% sawdust), K13 (46% peat+27% sawdust+27% corn shell) matrix formula of Acacia cincinnata container seedlings did well in the whole growth period, all are better than that of two comparisons (CK1 (10% topsoil+70% yellow soil+10% fertile soil+10% fire soil) and CK2 (34% nutritional soil+34% sawdust+34% corn shell)), are Acacia cincinnata container seedling growth promoting type. But K2 (20% peat+80% perlite), K4 (20% peat+ 80% corn shell), K8 (20% peat+perlite+40% sawdust 40%), K9 (20% peat+40% perlite+40% corn shell) were the opposite.3. The research shown nutrition elements of Acacia cincinnata in different substrates. There were relatively complex. N, P, K had great influence of leaves and root of Acacia cincinnata. N. P contents of different parts of blade were less than root and substrate, but K content was opposite. K5 (60% peat+40% perlite)、K6 (60% peat+ 40% sawdust)、(CK1 (10% topsoil+70% yellow soil+10% fertile soil+10% fire soil) of Acacia cincinnata in different substrates of N,P,K elements were high, indicating that photosynthesis, respiration and resistance performance are good, but K2 (20% peat+80% perlite), K14 (20% peat+27% perlite+27% sawdust+26% corn shell) were opposite. Effect of different substrates on the other elements were small.4. Through the different substrates for Acacia cincinnata research results show that the morphology and physiological characteristics Acacia cincinnata container height, diameter, biomass, quality indices and the root system configuration of significant difference. From the growth index and seedling quality index, K1 (100% peat soil), K6 (60% peat+40% sawdust), K13 (46% peat+27% sawdust+27% corn shell) matrix formula of the roll of Acacia cincinnata container seedling growth well, the seedling quality were higher than two comparisons (CK1 (10% topsoil+70% yellow soil+10% fertile soil+10% fire soil) and CK2 (34% nutritional soil+34% sawdust+34% corn shell)), but K2 (20% peat+80% perlite), K4 (20% peat+80% corn shell), K9 (20% peat+40% perlite+40% corn shell) were opposite.5. For Acacia cincinnata container seedling of growth, physiological indicators, correlation analysis between mineral elements, concludes that growth index height, diameter, quality index were extremely significant positive correlation, other indicators had certain correlations. Root activity, SOD activity, CAT activity and Fv/Fm, soluble sugar appears extremely significant correlation between each other. Minereal elements of Ca, Mg and Fe were significant positive correlation, described three elements must be a certain synergies, while P and Ca,Mg,Fe were a negative correlation, indicating that there is a certain antagonism. Principal component analysis of the growth index, a representative factor physiological indices and mineral elements had carried out a comprehensive analysis and evalution, height, diameter, biomass, root activity, Fv/Fm, SOD activity, N, K, Ca, Mg can be used as the main evalution of Acacia cincinnata container seedling, it was concluded that K1 (100% peat soil), K6 (60% peat+40% sawdust), K13 (46% peat+27% sawdust+27% corn shell) matrix formula of Acacia cincinnata container seedling quality were good, and K2 (20% peat+80% perlite), K4 (20% peat+80% corn shell), K9 (20% peat+40% perlite+40% corn shell), K12 (46% peat+27% perlite+27% corn shell) were opposite.
