Bacterial infection is the main factor of cow endometritis induced, due to the widespread use of antibiotics has constantly the emergence of resistant strains, seriously affected to the development of animal husbandry. In order to provide a technical basis for the further development of new veterinary drugs and prevention of endometritis in dairy cows. By screening out with multiple drug resistance and pathogenicity and then filter out of clinical pathogenic strains with good antibacterial effect of plant essential oils. This study collected 67 uterus mucus of dairy cows affected with clinical endometritis from 7 dairy field in 4 province, and complete analysis of bacteria, pathogenicity and drug resistance test, and plant essential oil of main pathogenic bacteria in vitro bacteriostasis experiment research.1.Analysis the bacteria from of uterine secretions of dairy cows affected with clinical endometritisA total of 104 strains bacteria in 19 types were isolation and identification from samples. The mixed infection and single infection were 38.33%, 61.67%, respectively. Escherichia coli, Arcanobacterium pyogenes, Bacillus pumilus and Bacillus licheniformis were the main bacterials from the samples.2. Study on pathogenicity and drug resistance of the main pathogenic bacteriaThe result of pathogenicity test showed that, Escherichia coli isolates and Arcanobacterium pyogenes were main pathogenic bacteria.More than 50% Escherichia coli were resistance to ampicillin and 3 others. More than 50% Arcanobacterium pyogenes were resistance to pefloxacin and 4 others.3. Study on antibacterial effect in vitro of essential oils against drug-resistant strainsResistant Escherichia coli and Arcanobacterium pyogenes as tested strains, were determined by filter paper method the antibacterial activity of 13 kinds of natural plant essential oils and comparative evaluation, primary multiple with good antibacterial effect of plant essential oil. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of the determined preliminarily selected essential oil were tested by using double dilution method. The results showed that thyme oil, lavender oil can be used as the effective components of drugs for prevention and treatment the endometritis.4. Study on Acinetobacter baumannii from the dairy cow affected with clinical endometritis1 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii was isolated from uterus mucus sample of dairy cow affected with clinical endometritis. The strain was multi-resistance to the antibiotics and has a high fatality rate.
